Men's physical strength is nothing compared to the social and political strength women can wield like a weapon.

Moira Donegan, the woman who started the list, wrote in a New York Magazine essay months after its dissemination that she was “naïve because [she] did not understand the forces that would make the document go viral.”

They don't know how much power society gives them, which allows them to push for more while not noticing their collateral damage.

Can you imagine if men created a Shitty Nurse/Teacher/etc Women list? I expect that no one would believe or pay attention to it and many would probably cheer some of the women.

As much as anyone is practically obligated to acknowledge the positive impact of #metoo, the fact of the matter is that it is a form of mob justice, and features no protections against false accusations. This is a major problem that is taboo to point out in society, so the men who become victims of it have no voice, because no one in the media will give them a platform to tell their stories.

This, combined with Obama’s OCR mandates, are ruining the lives of countless innocent men.

I hope that at some point in the future, future generations will look back on this moment in history and appreciate that there were horrible mistakes made, and that feminists were responsible for a biased and unjust movement, which might have been well-meaning, but was ultimately irresponsibly implemented and hugely damaging to many people.

But...I’m honestly not optimistic. False accusations are relatively rare, and that means the falsely accused will likely be seen as “acceptable casualties” for a very long time to come.
