I suspect that the only reason this gets traction is because it pays lip-service to other identities, more worthy (in the usual Tumblr user's eyes) than men. Still an improvement, I suppose.

Aw, this is sweet and needed. These past few months, I keep having depressive thoughts and episodes any time I see these fuckers talk trash about men. Like I would have ignored them as cringe-lords and cringe-ladies, but the amount of likes and such, as well as some women agreeing with them, made me question whether males are detrimental by default. It's such a cunning way of being a misandrist, where it's easy to call a men fragile because he expresses discomfort in him and his fellow men being portrayed and talked down as if they are horrible human beings (count the many times they could make a gender joke about men without it being the "lazy, violent, sexist buffoon" stereotype). Fortunately, I have met many wonderful women and feminists who disagreed with and criticized their approach.

Seriously, "Men Are Trash!" feminists are ironically promoting misogyny among men with this rhetoric.
