Living "outside" of society requires courage and conscientiousness. Get your life in order so that you can thrive.
By "thrive" I mean a life free of unnecessary stress, free of avoidable health problems, and free to pursue happiness however you define it.
You can measure your progress by meeting these standards.
1. Have a schedule and stick to it. Go to bed at the same time every night and wake up at the same time every day. If you don't, you're fucking with your circadian rhythms which is the single greatest regulator of your mood. You want more energy? Sort out your sleep schedule. When you wake up, eat something with fat and protein. Have a plan for your day, you will get more done and very quickly eliminate 100% of unnecessary stress from your life. Just doing this will force you to get your shit together and make life simple and easy for you.
How do you schedule a day? You figure out what time you're going to wake up. Then you write down an hour by hour list until the time you go to bed. Then, plan the day you want to have. If you had nothing to do tomorrow, what would you do with your time? After that, you make concessions for the shit you have to do. Over time, your day will look closer and closer to your ideal day and less like the goddamn mess you currently have to deal with.
2. Get a job or have some other way to make money. You need reliable access to clean water, food, and shelter in order to avoid mental health problems. Also, it helps with the next item.
3. Find something productive to do with your time. This could be making money, it could be pursuing virtue through philosophy or education or whatever. It can be almost anything. But. it is not playing video games. Video games trigger the same feelings of accomplishment - without the benefit of having something tangible at the end - as the above things I listed. Unless you're a pro-gamer or streamer or making money - video games are a trap. Use them like drugs; in moderation or not at all. Speaking of which...
4. Avoid Addictions to Alcohol and Drugs. These substances can ruin you. I'm not a spiritual person so I don't believe in supernatural shit. But physical addiction is the closest thing there is to a real actual demon. Don't fuck around with this shit. Used best in moderation or not at all.
5. Become a regular somewhere. This could be at a bar. This could mean having a close friend or small group of friends. This could mean a lot of different things. Bottom line, is you need to develop a personal connection to at least one or a few people. We're social animals. Going full hermit mode is like going full-retard. Don't do it. You will develop mental illness. Always have someone you can trust to call you on your bullshit, and vice versa.
6. Sort out your relationship with your family. This last step goes against the grain of this sub and MGTOW. Maybe your family is dead. Maybe you're an orphan. Maybe your family members are a worse mess than you are and being around them makes you want to kill yourself (or them). Do what you can, and be willing to bend over and take it up the ass, within reason. I listed this last, because it is the least important. But, it's important. These relationships matter a hell of a lot to your psychological health. Sort them out. Repair if possible, or burn the bridge and salt the earth and walk away because they're dead to you. Do not leave family relationships unresolved or in disrepair.

Can you see the irony in you posting on MGTOW and then trying to dictate/influence people on what "TOW" is or should be?
