The average woman only spends around 5-10% of the child support she receives on the actual child. The rest she spends on herself and whatever loser she happens to be shacking up with at the time. If a woman cannot prove she spends the child support on the child, then she shouldn’t receive it. They should be legally required to keep receipts.

You know, when I was in college, student groups had to first buy the things they needed for their activities, and then present a proof of purchase to get their money back, all of which was secured away.

At the time, I disliked it as getting the money back was a long, bureaucratic process. Not to mention what if we needed to get something expensive we'd be forced to almost pay it out of pocket and be out that amount for a couple of weeks.

But this system is perfect for child support. Mother wants $800 for "shoes"? Right. Please submit a valid receipt showing you spent $800 on shoes and wait a couple of days to be refunded the amount.

A system built with no way to enforce accountability and transparent use of money is just asking to be abused.
