Omega 3 10 grams a day. (fish oil) is the only thing that ever stopped the loss for me and I literally tried everything. A hair transplant is the only thing that will replace the hair already lost. Everything else is a waste of money.

im 32 now, my hair is thinning a little bit, hairline a little back, when it started happening around 4 years ago it really bothered me, but ive been shocked at how little it has affected my life. I workout all the time anyways, I feel like thats the key that completes the look. Alpexin hair shampoo, get the double strength shit, the red one, use warm water before you put it in, cold water to wash it out, then use the blue one which is ointment as directed. If that doesn't work honestly sorry bro you're probably fucked

Talk to your doc first, sometimes diet modification helps but your doc would know better. Worst case scenario you can get hair transplant
