There is a man at my work who is a beta incel. He is very nice to women, which is why he has never had a girlfriend and women do not respect him. However, after speaking to him, I have learned that he is very wealthy because being an awkward beta incel means women never date him which means he spends his weekends playing video games in his mother's basement and invests all his salary, so he is very wealthy. My fear is that this incel still wants women. He is not a MGTOW. If it gets out that he is a cashed up incel, some post wall woman will take advantage of him, so I feel I need to turn this boy towards the ways of MGTOW, but I don't want to outright talk about MGTOW lest he goes to HR and I lose my job, so how can I protect this man without hurting myself?
