As someone who works out a lot and hates fat women I'd like to chime in.

She is both very muscular and very fat. Her obliques actually are visable and through a lot of fat. Her arms (and the rest of her body) are built as well.

At 5'3", and a woman, the BMI chart will indicate obesity beginning at 170lbs. I don't know what "well under 200 lbs" means, but even if you spot her 30, she's still obese. Pesky science. One more reason for chicks to avoid STEM programs.
