The most inaccurate thing about this is a women working in a labor job.
[β]CastandRefused85 points86 points87 points 7 years ago (5 children) | Copy Link
Feminism will never advocate for women getting into dirty and tough jobs or the military, they're too concerned with propping women up trying to get them to be CEO's and receive "equal pay" for less work, all while being completely thankless for the men who keep society afloat. Further proof that it's not about "equality" it's about propping women up and putting men down.
[β]TigPlaze37 points38 points39 points 7 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
Yes. Feminism demands equal pay for doing less work. And then the man is expected to foot the bill for everything. If you disagree with that, you're branded a misogynist. And feminists wonder why they're despised.

or the military
Dude, have you been living under a rock?
Useless female soldiers with lower entry standards have been integrated in the military since the mid 1970s. Even before the military went co-ed, there were the WACs for women to steal valor during and after WWII.
I take a child that dresses up as a superhero more seriously than a woman that dresses up as a soldier, a firefighter or a cop. At least the child understands it doesn't really have superpowers.

Wasn't it a town in Florida a couple years ago that made the news for lowering the physical standards for female cops? Like they were complaining about 100 push ups for both sexes, when that's literally the definition of equality.
[β]TerminalSect330 points1 point2 points 7 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
Those WACS were chosen by how good looking they were lol. The other's back then went full lesbian. Back in the 80s USMC boot camp for women was "etiquette school".

Yeah, it's been minimal though. I thought it fit into my point but yes I see what you mean.

I work at a retail store part time while I go to college. I unload semi trucks by hand. I get paid the same as women who take boxes from the conveyor belt (with like 6 other people) and put them in carts to their respective departments.
It's funny when women justify that working in the truck is easier cause you just pick up a box and put it on the conveyor belt. Whereas they read a number and place it in the designated area that's like 2-10 steps away. Everytime I hear one say that I ask them to switch with me and they never do. Then I say that's what I thought.
Funny thing is I worked both positions but because I'm a guy they basically "force" me to work in the truck. So when all is said and done... I'm drenched in sweat cause I have to unload to fast enough to keep up with 6 people...
Meanwhile they have never been sweaty. It's actually annoying. We get paid the same btw.
[β]IoSonCalaf19 points20 points21 points 7 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link
And I bet they complain that itβs too cold too, right?
[β]cjwisoxlwcisjwnsix20 points21 points22 points 7 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
Too hot because the fan blows into the trailer for me and my partner who unload. :)
So yes you are correct.
[β]ellendegenorate3 points4 points5 points 7 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link
don't know if your talking about walmart or another store.
should be higher so everyone sees
worked at walmart unloading trucks up to 70lb boxes I think, god damn what a tiring job for $9 an hour, then stocking shelves on your knees.
Then walking around the store, whens the last time you saw a M A N working at the cash register, or the retards monitoring the self checkout, then others just standing there, I don't remember ever seeing a man at these easy as hell jobs, and I never saw one girl in the back, and I know for a fact we all made the same 9-10 an hour.
clown world, societies going to collapse when they all get honk pilled and nope out.
[β]Masakari57001 point2 points3 points 7 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
I was in Walmart for the first time in a long while just yesterday. I went through the self checkout and as I was finishing up a male checkout monitor runs up to me and quite excitedly explains how real the flat earth theory is and how that space is full of water lolol maybe this is why they shove the women in these positions instead? Lmao

My bro's sister used to work for UPS. She was lazy and manipulated the men into doing her share of the job. Most the time she would call out do to "inability to find childcare". If women want to be equal, they need to start acting right, which won't happen. These broads think they're entitled to a free pass.
[β]zubbs997 points8 points9 points 7 years ago (3 children) | Copy Link
They're usually in the comfy air-conditioned front office answering phones while munching donuts.
[β]IoSonCalaf2 points3 points4 points 7 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
Endlessly kvetching about how much harder they have it than men.
[β]sisterspliff1 point2 points3 points 7 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
Yeah they work in the comfy offices that sends the men to hard labor jobs then takes a cut of what the men make
[β]Sandman103721 point2 points3 points 7 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
And bitching about how the men keep the office too cold. They're wearing a flimsy dress while the men are wearing ties and jackets. Bitch! Dress for work, not a whore-off! 5-4-3-2-1....wooosah I remember why I quit the corporate world. π

Actually the most inaccurate thing about this photo is the man making more money.
They get paid the same. The man just works more hours. While doing more work.

Iv worked with alot of woman in the trades, might be a Canadian thing though. I'm all about MGTOW but turning into incels and spewing bullshit isnt cool.
Canadian women are better then american women in many regards; this included. Girls might blow off and mock guys but at least Canadian girls wont publicly humiliate a guy who flirts with them, american girls do it for sport. Different culture. Fuck, there are countries in europe where girls pick up half the bill on dates, men are not expected to be walking ATM machines. Id trust my sisters in throwing around 40-50 pounds to get work done, rural upbringing a bit part.

[β][deleted] 26 points27 points28 points 7 years ago (2 children) | Copy Link
I'm all for 'equal pay for equal work'. the point is 'equal work'. Alot of women do substandard work then claim discrimination. I witness this all the time.
[β]ParalyticPoison-1 points0 points1 point 7 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link
I hear the term "N+1" pretty often, when it comes to women in the work force though, it is more like N-100 for any form of effort/work.
N+1
They claim they are there for redundancy, why can't guys be the ones to provide redundancy on the job for once. Funny how often they are a boss's mistress too.

Many of the jobs women like are going to go away due to AI. The jobs like "receptionist", "ring girl", etc where the woman is hired to basically look good are also going away because "women are not sex objects!!". So I think life is going to get shitty for women.
[β][deleted] 9 points10 points11 points 7 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
You don't need fancy AI to replace most women's jobs, as they don't actually produce anything of substance.

The girls at my work usually have the heat up, or get cold easily. Anybody else deal with this?
[β]cjwisoxlwcisjwnsix4 points5 points6 points 7 years ago (3 children) | Copy Link
Yes when I worked in an office. And the heat put my ass to sleep or made me drowsy.
When the heat was blasting I just went to the cold warehouse to work.
[β]TerminalSect332 points3 points4 points 7 years ago (2 children) | Copy Link
Not sure why they get cold easy; probably their hormones. The rest of us are sweating balls and work better with the AC on. Heat makes me sick and drowsy too.
[β]Sandman103723 points4 points5 points 7 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link
It's because they don't wear clothes to work. Men are working in pants, long sleeves, maybe a tie and jacket. Meanwhile women are wearing sleeveless dresses with their chest exposed.
they dress like whores, showing the goods for a possible hubby.

This is what I like to call "equality a la carte" or "buffet equality;" fighting for rights and social norms they like while avoiding those that are not so convenient. This is why feminists hate men's rights activists, even though Feminism's stated goal is equality between the genders... women love contradictions, just not contraceptives. π

Except it's not "I'm the guy, I get paid more" it's "I do more, I get paid more". If she was able to lift as much as the guys they would receive equal pay.
[β]AbsoluteSereniti7 points8 points9 points 7 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
The most inaccurate thing about this is that even if the women is working in that same job - she will get paid the EXACT amount. Regardless of effort.
[β]NohoTwoPointOh5 points6 points7 points 7 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
That sure is an oddly shaped stop sign that she is holding.....
[β]Ultimatedaywriter3 points4 points5 points 7 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
They actually get paid more months of paid maternity leave and more pay for when they aren't in the workforce.
[β]CheapAsRamenNoodles1 point2 points3 points 7 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
Iβm all for equal pay for equal results, regardless of gender, race, or whatever. I donβt support equal pay for equal work. Just because you try doesnβt mean you accomplish something.
[β][deleted] 1 point2 points3 points 7 years ago (7 children) | Copy Link
I just read an opinion piece on Football365 about Ada Hegerberg and her "fight" for equality. So sick of this shit. Women have equality and more; they get preferential treatment and privileges. No one is arguing for male net ballers to get equal pay, or male models, or male porn stars, but women footballers who can't compete against men and therefore need their own segregated competition are demanding more pay, more coverage, more exposure, etc.
Abolish segregated women's leagues and let them pit their skills and talents against men. That's true equality... think they'd go for it? Fuck no. If women's sports start to get paid high wages, I hope plenty of men identify as women and rake in some easy dollars.
[β]Sandman103723 points4 points5 points 7 years ago (6 children) | Copy Link
Or, how about tennis? Prize money is equal but men play almost twice as many sets.
[β][deleted] 0 points1 point2 points 7 years ago (5 children) | Copy Link
Don't really care about how many sets they play. They're playing in a professional competition for prize money - why should men not have access to that money? They're all professionals out to earn a living. Think you'd be able to start a company that only employed men?
[β]Sandman103721 point2 points3 points 7 years ago (4 children) | Copy Link
Very easy to start a business and hire only men. Especially if it's an independent contractor job that works outside. We have zero women in our crew of 10.
[β][deleted] 0 points1 point2 points 7 years ago (3 children) | Copy Link
Yep, but once you get past a certain size (20 employees?), then you're suddenly at risk of being slapped with discrimination accusations, lawsuits, etc.
[β]Sandman103720 points1 point2 points 7 years ago (2 children) | Copy Link
Only if you have a W-2 business. We are 1099 independent contractors.
[β][deleted] 0 points1 point2 points 7 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link
That's fine. Would you say that the business specifically excludes qualified women, or that's just how the cards have fallen? That's the point I'm making; that men who are better at a particular field are being excluded.
[β]Sandman103720 points1 point2 points 7 years ago* (0 children) | Copy Link
We don't specifically exclude anyone. The fact that the pay is based on production and we work outside means women exclude themselves.
We've hired women, they "work" a "full" day and don't make enough money, bitch about not making enough money or how walking 10 miles every day is too hard, or too hot, or too cold. Then they cut corners. It gets caught in the QA process. They have to redo the work, the right way, so it takes more effort for the same pay. Then they end up quitting.
Footnote: Most of us walk between 7-15 miles/day. A 15K step day (7 miles in 4 hours) is a "light" day for me. Most days are 25K step days (12 miles in 6 hours.)

Someone once said, "you can have chilvary, or equality, but not both."
So, women, which do you want? (they won't even understand the concept, let alone the question)
