How about things like having responsibilities, working outdoors, working in hazardous areas, working overtime, being paid according to output, getting jobs based on merit, inability to manipulate people by crying, inability to indimidate people with their sexuality, taking personal responsibility for one's own actions, equal jail time for equal crimes....

The Draft wont work, the world is too different. There are not enough people willing to go die for their country. They would just not show up. And there are not enough police to go around arresting everyone who didn't show up. Thats why they had the white feather campaign to shame men into joining. Because not enough did. Picture Adults watching twitch, playing COD (ironically) or watching youtube vids about crazy fights on busses suddenly being told to suit up and get shipped out.
