All that really matters is you find a way to keep your mind healthy, your body healthy and you lead all the decisions in your life. Don't let others run it for you & especially not the larger elements of society that are toxic to men in general.

MGTOW utilizes TheRedPill philosophy, but differs in what a man should do with the knowledge. TRP subreddit is focused on male sexual strategy. MGTOW is an individualistic solution to living your life for yourself, not being controlled by women or society.
