I went on a small vacation this weekend, drove about 16 hours total and visited 4 locations with some pretty cool historical landmarks. I also spent two days at a very, very nice hotel.

I spoiled myself and got a very nice luxury rental car, plus I spent over $500 on food, drinks and souvenirs.

While I was at the resort, I watched henpecked men running around trying to keep princess happy. I even heard the happy couple in the room next to me get into a one-sided screaming match because apparently the man had done something wrong. She used the phrase "Are you serious right now!" at least five times.

I also got some jealous stares when I sat in the most expensive restaurant at the hotel and ordered over $200 worth of food for myself.
