It's not really the draft I take issue with.

It's the selective service. Without signing up, I can't vote, am a felon if a draft is called, can't have a government job nor get a driver's liscense.

Women get Rights, Men are afforded Priveleges.

IIRC, you don't have to register for the military, but if you choose not to, you lose your right to vote, so all women have to do is give up their vote to avoid being registered, the same choice men make now.

Vet here. Our headquarters was more than 50% female. When we deployed, only 1 female deployed because the rest "mysteriously" got pregnant. Our S1 had 1 lieutenant and 1 private. Our S2 had a single private running it fresh out of AIT and who had no certs to run the systems. Our S3 had 1 staff sergeant running it. Our S6 had 3 privates and 1 sergeant running the entire batallion. We had to pull soldiers off the line to work support jobs they weren't qualified for.

They never replaced those malingering females who didn't deploy. Our batallion was still "full strength" despite our HQ company being manned by a skeleton crew because on paper it still had those female soldiers sitting in comfort back in the states. The subordinate companies were all men and full strength (go figure), but they had to get pulled to drive trucks and do logistical work due to the HQ being perpetually understrength.

There is no good way going forwards. Drafting women will debilitate the US military. Removing the draft will leave us in a state of weakness since our recruitment levels are at an all time low (last I checked, the goal for JUST REPLACEMENT LEVELS was 60k recruits and we barely made 20k). Anyone with half a brain can see the social engineering the military is doing to its soldiers and most soldiers only stay in for the bare minimum amd immediately leave due to extreme nepotism, females getting treated significantly better then male soldiers and chosen for promotions despite utter incompetence, and the constant white male hatred they are pushing through SHARP and EO standards.

The future for the US military looks grim.

For starters I believe the draft should be abolished, forcing anyone into military service is itself ridiculous and inhumane. For decades men have been drafted without issue, nobody spoke up for them. Now that women are being affected by the draft I bet that the draft is abolished before the year is over. Our modern system seems to cater towards females and liberals as well. Now that women are being affected by the draft it's most likely going to be outlawed.
