They choose useless jobs that pay poorly. Social work, the arts and teaching pay jack shit but have a high cost to get the degree. Not a surprise at all. Meanwhile men are no longer attending college and are going elsewhere to get jobs such as trades.

This article spews lies like like Old Faithful spews water.

First, it's close to a year old.

Secondly, it again cites the pay gap, which this last year was dis-proven by two different studies, I believe, one from Harvard itself. In the Harvard study, they surveyed male and female mass transit drivers working for the city of Boston and found that men and women were paid the same. But, men still made more because they often committed themselves to working overtime while women decided to go home and stay with the kids. They had chances to make more and turned down good money. They made less because they chose to make less. Whose fault is that?

Further, this article is blabbing on about how parents of boys help boys more than girls to go to school. If they help boys more, then why are there still more girls in school than boys? Beyond that, I can't imagine parents in modern America choosing to not help a child because of gender.

Has anyone seen how much more posh women's dorms are than men's, especially at private schools? It's unreal. Guys get the crappiest dorms. The all-men's dorms are usually the ones out on the perimeter of campus and the furthest away from where everything is that they need, the library, the cafeterias for eating, the computer labs, etc. That long walk sucks when it rains or snows, you can bet on that. When I went to Big State U in the 1990's the only dorms with no A/C were the men's dorms; all the women's dorms had everything, even the co-ed dorms had more than the guy's only dorms. Women's and co-ed dorms had two to a room, rooms in the the men-only dorms some had four to a room. Some had AC and heating, some didn't.

I'm sorry, women definitely get the best of everything in a modern college education and dorm and experience; it's men who will get the worst. Women do take longer to graduate; some men do too because they haven't grown up yet either and dilly-dally around and waste time in frats, parties, and chasing poon. Typically, when a man grows up and decides to move into action, it is characterized by productivity and getting stuff done. Women get handed plum positions in med school, law school and MBA programs because they have a vagina; it's the men who get shut out of positions. Then when women get babies rabies at 30 even though they went to medical school, they quit to stay home. The nation as a whole suffers because we have one less doctor because she is staying home with the baby while the man would have continued working indefinitely.

Not surprising. Women stay in school longer and are the majority in most universities. They are also more likely to go to out of state colleges (higher rates), go to grad school for useless additional degrees, and are more likely to go to school online (higher rates, less ROI).
