Somehow that is true for business purposes, but for civil purposes, it is the opposite.
Defendant: Your Honor, I have here a signed prenuptual agreement.

The judge doesn't even need that excuse to tear up a prenup.
The problem is that the law puts a priority on equitable division of the assets. That takes priority over your prenup.
So, if two people get married with the same income and value in assets, and the prenup just says that they both keep what they came in with, and not a whole lot changed during the marriage, then the judge would probably leave the prenup alone since all it does is specify how things are split, but they're still split 50/50.
On the other hand, if the prenup doesn't have a 50/50 split then the judge is going to toss it, because getting to that even split is his goal. Maybe he might use it as a guideline.
Bottom line is that if you get married she owns half your stuff period.

If the point of marriage is an equitable devision of assets then I think it is an excellent legal excuse not to get married.
P: "Your Honour, he promised to marry me!"

You don't need an excuse to not get married. At least at present marriage requires the consent of both parties. If you don't want to get married, then don't get married! :)

Sure.
That way, theoretically - as I have no intention to marry - nobody could come after those assets, right?
You own the LLC, so it is part of your assets like everything else. If you owned $50k worth of stock in some publicly traded company it would be treated like $50k in cash. The LLC is no different.
Setting that aside, courts are only going to respect the distinction between corporate and personal property to the extent that the corporation actually operates like a business. If it is obviously just a front to let you shelter assets then somebody can argue that in court and "pierce the corporate veil."
It is generally going to be hard to leave a divorce with any more than 50% of the assets if you're a guy. Hiding assets is probably illegal everywhere though obviously if you manage to pull it off that might be one way to protect them. Maybe if your spouse voluntarily agrees to get less that is another.
However, even if you think you've "gotten away with it" the last thing you should do is brag about it because a court could probably re-open the matter if your ex-wife argues that you weren't forthright with her. That is, if you concealed the value of some asset, hid an asset, or "tricked" her into signing something not in her interests and it wasn't an informed decision, a court could decide in the name of equity to go back and redo the settlement.
And that is why we're MGTOW. It is a game you really can't win. You could have a great wife who never takes advantage of these slanted rules and everything would be fine. However, you could also have things go very badly and if she goes after you there is little recourse you have under the law.
