Divorce lawyers tell their women clients to lie and get a restraining order to make it look better when they go to court. There's no downside to the woman as the judge will issue one regardless, and even if proven false later there are no repercussions. Pretty much 95% chance this is faked.

Also, ZERO proof is actually required to get the initial TRO -- judges simply "grant" (temporary) restraining orders by default (at least to women) ... pending a hearing that is usually 1 to 2 weeks later.

I believe Johnny is innocent of this. To my knowledge he's been involved with many women and none have accused him of physical abuse. That type of guy usually has a pattern of behavior and he doesn't. Also, knowing young women these days she could easily have tried to beat the shit out of him for something and he may only have been defending himself (i.e. to get her to stop).

The point is, it often starts out beautiful and dandy with a woman and within a few months or a couple of years, things can easily go south. Even after decades, she can wake up one morning and decide she's better off keeping your money and assets (but with you out of the picture) because you failed to keep her entertained the last couple of months or something. NEVER GET MARRIED. EVER! It's not worth the risk (which is over 50%). Those odds are worse than actually gambling your life savings at the casino. Would you be that stupid?

First I just want to point out that I can't stand Johnny Depp and think he is one of the most, if not the most, pretentious pricks in Lala land and he also makes Keanu reeves look like a great actor. I also hate the Tim Burton gothic bullshit that he continually appears in and those crap pirate films etc.

So I wouldn't jump to his defence due to liking him...or having any respect for the asshat. Did he throw the phone at her? I couldn't care less. The fact she jumped on social media to show off her alleged war scars says more than enough. I Wikipediad Amber the other day to find that she is actually a lesbien...well she came out a few years ago and then married depp a short time later...says quite a bit about her character or lack there of.

In my experience it's always been women that are good at throwing shit at my head...so if depp did do this then maybe the lesbien thing is legit after all.

Bottom line the fact she went public with this makes her a vile and manipulative witch. If Depp has a history of "wife beating" then fine shame him all over the media but somehow I doubt it. Plus someone as unstable as Amber appears to be may well have launched plenty of iPhones at his head, corse what man would ever stick a selfi like that up online, from where his wife hit him? On the left photo, the vertical bruise just above her eyebrow looks very geometric, as if inflicted with a very hard straight edge object, but it is absent in the second photo.

On the left picture the bruise right under and center of her eye does not align with any of the bruises on the second picture.

This does not mean that she was not in a domestic altercation with Depp. It also does not mean that if there was an altercation that she was just the victim and not an active part.
