JP doesn't really get MGTOW. He's apologized before but it's something kind of lost on him. Like a generation gap he doesn't really understand because he doesn't live in the same world as us.

Anything positive he says is undermined by his intellectual dishonesty.

He fights for the sake of evolution. So he believes men are disposable and should throw themselves into the crocodile pit for the sake of babies, women and society.

To slay the dragon to protect the village.

While ignoring the obvious part that most men cannot slay the dragon with the weapons we give them and the reward for slaying the dragon is some used u low tier woman.

For all the shit JP preaches his one and only child, a daughter is a instagram attention thot. She takes very revealing pictures show a lot skin. Also has herpes as one pic listed the medication herpes carriers uses.

Also his daughter left her baby daddy and now is a single mother. Not sure if a divorce rape occurred or if they were even married but yeah she gave up that so called “traditional value” bullshit her own father preaches.

Jordan Peterson has the best of intentions. He just wants to help. The problem that many mgtow have with him, is that he's a traditionalist. He wants to return to the same failed ideology that got us into this mess in the first place. If traditionalism actively uses men as disposable assets, what makes anyone think it'll be different if we go back to it.

JP has a vested interest in traditionalism and mgtow as a philosophy threatens that, which is why he's critical of mgtow. As others have said, he did apologize for his stupid comments about mgtow, but the whole situation soured him for many mgtow.

Furthermore, his family life is a total shitshow. If his ideas were that good, our if he followed his own advice, then why his his own life a mess?

I think what JP says is valuable. He's one of the few mainstream personalities standing up to feminism and the radical woke culture that dominates right now, but by no means should anyone become a JP fanboy or take what he says as gospel.

I also dont agree with everything he says.

But guys like him, Rollo and Rich Cooper are gateways for newbies that lead to MGTOW philosophies so I give him credit for that.

He also understands and talks about some of the damage that modern feminism is doing to society.

Some stuff he is spot on about, and other stuff obviously off target...

This is absolutely normal... no one is right all the time. And in fact I suspect most probably hover around 50% like a bell curve.

Quit expecting perfection in people who have acquired fame.

Instead, look for what has value from your perspective, and forgive his fallibility.

I would guess very few people can exceed the 50% median. anybody who can consistently, we consider a genius.

Even Einstein was unsure of things, and joked about it...

So its a case of figuring out how to gain knowlege from others without being thrown off by their imperfection and throwing the baby out with the bath water.

Doctor Peterson has certainly helped many, and offended no few...

The humorous part is that he usually offends most, those that we like least.

Personal opinion don't like him or Rollo Tomassi. 25% of what they say is accurate.

They aren't pro MGTOW and there's nothing wrong with that. This subreddit and other actual mgtow outshines them. Yet of course people will gravitate and follow like sheep. Popularity overtakes IQ and sound reasoning I guess.

People will pay handsomely to see justinbeiber or the new starwars movie no matter how crappy the subject material is.

Apart from wanting guys to blindly get married and be a sheep in society, my main gripe is he thinks every problem can be solved through self improvement and "cleaning your room" and isn't dependent on society, nor should you bother to actively fight for those changes

Now, this might sound like something that jives with MGTOW, but to me MGTOW is an option because it is allowed, imagine if men would be forced into marriage. I think in that case activism would become very desirable, but according to JP we should all just follow along like good sheeple and accept whatever comes

I found JP before I found MGTOW. I loved his in depth talks on human psychology and especially his take downs of cultural Marxism. I still find him correct on many things. Admittedly, I do not view him the same since going MGTOW, but that said, I don't view anything the same since going MGTOW.

I believe JP has good intentions with his views, self improvement and living a fulfilling life, things I'd agree with, but he misses the mark on what is going on culturally. A lot of it comes down to being two generations behind the early 20s - 40s male crowd that is knee-deep in the shit.

JBP has a ton of great information that can help manifest a better version of you in the world. He also has some blue pill stuff about marriage and kids. You can ignore that material and replace those elements with your hobbies or helping uplift homeless men or something.

Follow the path. Do it alone. You’ll thank yourself for it.

He's one of the wisest, most intelligent, most articulate, most developed souls on the planet. He has genuine, compassionate intentions towards people. He understands psychology better than 99.99% of psychologists and psychiatrists. His solution to life's problem is telling the truth, especially to yourself, and taking responsibility for as many things as you can. It has worked for me. I would have killed myself without him, probably.

He also had a decent childhood as far as we know, his mother at least wasn't an abusive narcissist like for many of us here, he also married his sweetheart when he was 25 and they have been together ever since. I am not claiming in any way that he's had an easy life. That's not what I'm saying. He had difficulties with his mental and physical health, his daughter had severe health issues, he took antidepressants, he's also very intelligent and philosophical which is a curse too. However, it seems to be the case that he's had a loving, supportive woman his whole life. We can't know for sure, but that seems to be the case. In his book, which I read, he wrote that men are supposed to be independent. Sounds great. But when his wife was recently hospitalized with something serious, he wrote that "he relied on her more than he had thought." I wasn't loved by my mother, and I've never had a loving, supportive girlfriend during my 27 years on this planet. I've had a girlfriend who was in love with me, she was also toxic as fuck.

All in all, he's a blessing, but he's just a human, and he has a limited ability to relate to us. He still does a better job at it than anybody else I know, and he actually has good intentions. If you're looking for one person to follow, or read, be it him.

I listened to a few of his podcasts. I agreed with some of his ideas and thoughts but not all.

Why do people have to take a person as a single idea that they either reject or embrace? That’s some liberal way of thinking. You’re either with us or against us!! No. I can debate things and agree with some points a person makes and be fine with disagreeing others and not see the person as a friend or an enemy. Open your mind to other ideas, listen, analyze, think about them, and agree or disagree but you don’t need to look at the messenger and judge them on that one idea.

You need to read more. You like Peterstein? Go read Solzhenitsyn. Specifically 200 years together. The book he 'forgot' existed and gets real nervous when people mention it.

Read it. Then go back and read the first chapter to Petersteins latest book.

I've watched almost all of his content, and I think his classroom Personality lectures are the most valuable content he's created.

BTW, I think he understands and agrees with much of MGOW perfectly, but refuses to acknowledge the things we are right about for fear of losing his fame, and with it, his platform.

I know a few older guys like JP.

Highly intelligent and articulate but highly religous which can cloud their judgement in some ways.

I find it quite confusing sometimes to hear them talk on a very deep level but still be so blue pilled when it comes to women.

I give them FAR more respect than SJW's but still take their nievity into account.
