The image macro is possible if you go by what the Bible teaches.

Salvation isn't based on works, Jesus did the work and his work was perfect. All you have to do to get to heaven is believe that Jesus died on the cross for your sins fulfilling to the letter scriptural prophecy, was buried for three days, and then rose again fulfilling scriptural prophecy.

But, that's not fair! You're saying that Hitler could be in Heaven right now chilling with Jesus?

The children weren't baptized, so the primordial sin of Adam and Eve is in them, they can't go to haven, but maybe they can go to purgatory and later to haven. Maybe not. That's why in old Europe deliberate miscarriage was a big sin/crime.
