This might be true for most women, but i think it is just different for every woman. I recently had sex with a 18 year old and a 29 year old (no, not at the same time).

The 29 year old was tighter. I also had sex with a single mother (on night stand, and yes i used my own condoms). She was also tighter than the 18 year old.

There is also the option of kegel exercises. Those are proven to tighten a pussy.
