Also what I learned over the months specially from Howard Dare and Sandman is:
There isn't one MGTOW. There isn't one way. But there is one goal. Going their own way.
[–]imPwP201 points202 points203 points 7 years ago (41 children) | Copy Link
This. This is exactly why MGTOW will win, and won't end up like Feminism. Feminists - they have too many bullshit rules these days that most time is lost on debating among themselves.
[–]PhoenixGER84 points85 points86 points 7 years ago (28 children) | Copy Link
IMO feminism want fail. There are way too many people unwilling to challenge their world view simple virtue symboling brings the easiest standing ovations. What does everyone else want? Getting liked. Getting loved. Sheepels love being around sheeps. A wolf. A self thinking person is dangerous. He could break this "love"

Feminism won’t be defeated by an outside source but from within. Most big organizations, civilizations etc collapse from within. Feminists and SJW’s will fail as they turn against each other and human nature wins out.
Edit: white women will be the first “oppressed group” cast aside by SJW’s
[–]andreas-mgtow36 points37 points38 points 7 years ago (4 children) | Copy Link
Feminism won't be "defeated", there will be no "war" or defining "battle".
There is NO "social" change in the vaccum. In reality, it is always driven by technological change, from the harnessing or fire, bronze, steel, the industrial revolution, to the invention of the contraceptive pill.
Feminism will cease to have any leverage once technology enables men to have sex on demand and reproduction on their own terms.
They will try to resist it through social pressure and legislation, but that will fail, as it always has.

it already does (to some extent) - sex dolls are getting insanely realistic. Takes some imagination to pull it off, but def beats spending days just following the urge, looking for a hookup, or begging the partner for sex.

Which is already happening. Feminism, once it went intersectional, is internally inconsistent. Which leads to groups like the trans exclusives being at odds with the mainstream. But worse yet, after two decades of them, the first trickle of third wave feminism is smashing into the wall and learns exactly what "male privilege" is all about once men are no longer interested in them. This, combined with increasing general anti-SJW sentiments in society and men getting increasingly annoyed with MeToo and other double standards is creating a momentum, that could end up antifeminist in the sense that at least some women will start to demand to be able to choose the traditional role for them again. Problem being, if it's a 30+er, that time will have come and gone.
[–]SingleMomsAreCancer2 points3 points4 points 7 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
men getting increasingly annoyed with MeToo
We men might be getting annoyed with it but moist holes are just getting started.
Story in Daily Mail today "70% increase in MeToo complaints in work force in last year."
A mate of mine who runs a $300M investment fund and knows dozens of similar men around the globe says they're all actively avoiding women and not hiring them anymore.
It's funny cos he always thought I was a misogynist (spoiler: I am) because of the way I would warn him about women. Turns out I'm a prophet also.

It's like a snake eating itself. Given the left wing origins of western intersectional feminism from the Frankfurt school it was to be expected.
[–]transhuman4lyfe8 points9 points10 points 7 years ago (15 children) | Copy Link
Feminism is one of the natural progressions of the critical theory taught at the Frankfurt institute by Jewish scholars prior to the beginning of the 3rd Reich. Meant to destabilize and crush Western society from within. Upset the natural order and sow confusion.
It was literally the Jews, and even one of the goals of the Protocols was to use Feminism to spread chaos between the sexes.
Also contributes to lowering the birth rate. So feminism is killing us.

Circular argument. I'm not going to mention some little Austrian Corporal.
The Frankfurt School existed and is the foundation of all the shitshow clown world stuff going on in academia in the USA today. Intersectionalism, 2nd and 3rd wave feminism, Cloward Piven strategy, Alinskyism (who dedicated his book to Satan), etc....
That said, to call them Jewish is a stretch. They were descended from Jews, but were Marxist atheists.
And hey, Mussolini got the trains to run on time in Italy. Fascists aren't all bad. /sarcasm

This person did not mention Hitler-- Do you invoke Godwin's Law every time a person critiques Jewish culture?
You must not understand Jewish culture. You should read about the Talmud.

Yes they did, they referred to the 3rd Reich which is Hilter / Nazi
I have also engaged with this person recently in other threads where they are are clearly antisemitic going has far as advocating eugenics for "mongrel races"
[–][deleted] 0 points1 point2 points 7 years ago (3 children) | Copy Link
Hitler is a person.
Nazis were a group/club with many denominations, from childrens' groups to soldiers.
Third Reich was a national regime. Those three things are not equal. Hitler != a national regime != hitler youth or SS, or other variations.
Every sentient organism is a eugenicist. By your very nature you can distinguish between attractive and unattractive. Mentally handicapped or intellectually gifted. And other factors of human qualities.
You'd sooner procreate with an attractive, intellectually gifted person than not. Therefore, you're a eugenicist, congratulations-- you can thank millions of years of evolution.
You clearly are blue pilled as fuck. And irrational. And you defend your cognitive dissonance and irrationality.
[–]SirYouAreIncorrect2 points3 points4 points 7 years ago (2 children) | Copy Link

That is not logical, rational, or even possible. It is not MGTOW, it is lunacy as is Authoritarian eugenics
Attempting to equate person preferences to a eugenics program is equally moronic.

Feminism can't fail. It already succeeded. It is a movement for equal rights for women. Look up the dictionary definition.
What you see now is female supremacy movement masqueraded as Feminism. That's why even the number of women self identifying as Feminist is going down year after year.
[–]Hey_Paul_Aaaaaaahh1 point2 points3 points 7 years ago (2 children) | Copy Link
You haven't thought this through have you?
Equality is unjustified when men and women are not equals. I don't care that the bleeding heart liberals and Marxists that absolutely perforate the education system have changed the meaning in the dictionary.
Also, you are wrong. Women will lose their rights one way or an other, so yes they will have failed soon enough.
Not all women call themselves feminist but they will gladly vote themselves the privileges that feminist doctrine grants them. So almost all women are feminists (though some have realized that it's easier to not say it if you want a man or male friends).
So no the actual numbers of women voting themselves men's money has not gone down.
[–]SmamelessMe1 point2 points3 points 7 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
Opening with an insult won't make you any more right. Ad hominem attacks have no place in polite discussion.
Feminism was never abut equality. It was about equal rights. A brain surgeon and first year medical undergrad are not equal. But under the law they have equal rights.
When they got equal rights, they turned into promoting "equality" in general. But the issue with equality is that there is more than one way to define it. So they settled on equality of outcome, created privileged class by demanding employment and government quotas for women, and thus turned into a supremacist movement.
[–]throwawayflatwhite1 point2 points3 points 7 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
Equality is unjustified when men and women are not equals.
Could you explain how you justify this statement? Since men are not equals(what is an equal?) among themselves equality is not justified?
[–]Hey_Paul_Aaaaaaahh2 points3 points4 points 7 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
Actually you're not wrong (for now...about them "having succeeded").
They will lose their rights though if not within our lifetime, soon enough.

Here’s an interesting thing I found from a google search on borderlines, which almost identically mirrors the habits of most feminists.
I was reading up on mental disorders, borderlines especially when in extreme emotional pain, shave their heads, color or tattoo themselves. I believe the reason was along the lines of “way of expressing internal pain.”
Which I interpret as too lazy to put effort in to figure out what the hell is wrong with them, so they blame men for not figuring it out for them. Daddy syndrome on top of a deeper mental issue.
Calling out the patriarchy and men for all their problems is all that feminism is, if they had any ability like they claim to solve their own problems it would be called “women going their own way.”
My theory is : Female children who happen to be “adult age” in years are mentally battling with beta dad who couldn’t map out the truth of the world.
And the age old African parable: “those that don’t feel warmth from the tribe will burn it all down to few it’s comforts.” Like the term “incel” they brandish for men who don’t or can’t feel the comforts of a woman freely, women who don’t get to experience being desirable by a wide audience of men as those who win genetically and those with unchecked mental illnesses who are pursued but later rejected for the trash they carry all are what feminism is about.
Just about every one of these groups: feminism, Blm, Antifa all fight for a very similar concept: all achievements and requirements for any social groups should be widely open and accepting of those that define themselves victims and therefore not subject to having to prove their worth or value to the tribe.
Where is the argument of everyone else is: achievements are to be unlocked, and if there is a hindrance to the rule, you should make it understandable to a council and present the evidence.
I went off on a tangent but what I mean to say is the narcissism of those especially with mental ailments is astounding as they won’t check their reality with a specialist before grouping up and causing damage to those around them and themselves. Feminists are just another destructive group that is burning down the house and everyone is becoming aware of that.
[–][deleted] 1 point2 points3 points 7 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link

When you claim victimhood (and other dumbasses support such) then you're both removing accountability from yourself and infantilizing yourself. Such is stupid, irrational, anti-growth, anti-intellectual behavior.

Exactly. Even thought this sub literally has this in the side bar:
We are men going our own way by forging our own identities and paths to self-defined success; cutting through collective ideas of what a man is.
People will still argue that their version of MGTOW is the only true MGTOW.
[–]AcrobaticAge4 points5 points6 points 7 years ago (5 children) | Copy Link
There isn't one MGTOW. There isn't one way.
I hope for the day rabid monks will understand this.
[–]Hey_Paul_Aaaaaaahh5 points6 points7 points 7 years ago (4 children) | Copy Link
Monk here, I am with you on this. Strs, flings, p&d maybe even a ltr if you are not cohabiting and the laws allow for it, can still allow you to be your own man.
Now if you're a married tradcuck on the other hand, then no. You can tell yourself you are free, as your bloody hands pick the cotton on the plantation but you are not free. It's a lie you tell yourself and honestly it would be better to plan your escape than to indulge such fantasies.
Edit: grammar
[–]SingleMomsAreCancer3 points4 points5 points 7 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link
I'd love to be monk but I live in Asia where women still look and behave like women so that ain't gonna happen. Obviously they're as mad as a bag of cut snakes but a feminine-looking bag of cut snakes hahaha
[–]Hey_Paul_Aaaaaaahh0 points1 point2 points 7 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
That certainly makes things easier (and a bit safer).
Now, I don't know where you live (and I don't really want to know, doxing and such you know).
But the problem with many Asian countries is the traditionalism, which is almost as bad for a mgtow as the cucked feminist societies of the West.
Not as bad for men but not as easy to escape the "plantation" or social stigma.
Women are generally a lot more feminine and submitted to men in traditional countries but hypergamy, double standards and the willingness to sacrifice men for women are inate. That's the reason I decided it just wasn't worth it.
Now, if you can put up with that and/or feel the need to be a father outweighs those cons then certain parts of Asia is a good place to live.
An other problem is that many Asian and even middle eastern countries are adopting western practices and feminism so one wonders how long this traditionalism will last.
Japan for example is by all measures dying. The women are extremely hypergamous (To the point that it may actually be the sole/biggest reason Japan's population is dwindling). They are adopting feminism at an alarming rate and are still super traditional when it comes to men's gender roles. Add to that the xenophobia and you have a recipe for disaster.
[–]AcrobaticAge2 points3 points4 points 7 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link
Now if you're a married tradcuck on the other hand, then no.
Yep. I agree.
I would even go farther and say that being politically and religiously adhered to some party or whatever religion is exactly the opposite of going your own way. You are following other's rules and living by their ideas, not yours.

"Guilty by association" is a collectivist method of invalidating opinions. If a feminist comes up with something good on occasion, rejecting it just on the basis that it was a feminist that came up with it is just tribal nonsense. Feel free to do so, but I consider you an idiot for that line of reasoning.
[–]transhuman4lyfe2 points3 points4 points 7 years ago (8 children) | Copy Link
Well, I'm glad you said that, because I would think the quote ludicrous and dangerously collectivist no matter who said it, so you think me an idiot for nothing.
Oh, and by the way, we are humans. Humans are tribal. It's in our nature.
[–]AeternusDoleo3 points4 points5 points 7 years ago (7 children) | Copy Link
... you've literally said:
You change your opinion about what was said, because of the affiliation of the one who said it. Not because of the contents of what was said. THAT is what I consider to be a dumb thing to do. Even your adversaries have good ideas on occasion - rejecting those just because they are your adversaries... no. And if you want to be tribal, that's your business, but is that not yet another external validation method? Validation by group? Doesn't that conflict with the MGTOW philosophy that advocates for selfvalidation, rejecting all external influences on yourself?
[–]transhuman4lyfe2 points3 points4 points 7 years ago (5 children) | Copy Link

It may have seemed that way, but I didn't reject the quote because of who said it. You know what, I have nothing to prove to you. I really don't care. The quote is, despite who said it, rather asinine. It sounds lovely and idealistic, but when actually applied to immigration policy is a wreck.
Even your adversaries have good ideas on occasion
Really? Like what?
Doesn't that conflict with the MGTOW philosophy that advocates for selfvalidation, rejecting all external influences on yourself?
I am achieving self validation. You don't understand, I have reached peak stoic. This is what going my own way looks like, and if you can't see that, then, well it again doesn't matter because I'm technically also not being tribal. And before you return with claims that I'm being tribal, I never claimed that I was. I only said humans are, which is technically true.
If I were being tribal right now, I wouldn't hold half of the views I hold, many of which are extremely socially unacceptable and not to mention contradict a lot of what we're taught as historical fact.
This all assumes, of course, that being tribalistic is in fact an external validation method. If you really want to be technical as well, I got a lot of the same responses to my comments, some good, some bad, but nearly all parroting the same ethos. Because that's what MGTOW is--another group. Maybe of certain disparate beliefs, but united through certain key notions. Unity among being disenfranchised, because feminism is mainstream even on the mainstream right wing.
[–]AeternusDoleo3 points4 points5 points 7 years ago (4 children) | Copy Link
Because that's what MGTOW is--another group.
Ah. I now see where we fundamentally will disagree. I do not see MGTOW as an identity in and of itself because of the many ways it can be expressed. But I can also see why some do see it that way - especially people looking to it from the outside, thinking it just another MRA expression. I do see validation to the group as another external validation method. It's why the intersectionalists attacks their own if some go against the main narrative (see the TERF wars for an example of it).
[–]transhuman4lyfe1 point2 points3 points 7 years ago (3 children) | Copy Link
That's fair. I really don't see MGTOW as an identity, but simply as a gateway to a multitude of thoughts. However, it implies a rejection of the established modern sensibilities of men, which have pushed us into a corner, so it's not as if anyone can be MGTOW. There are clearly some people who aren't and never could be because they hold beliefs that are not MGTOW.
That's fine if you see it that way, but I think that individuality is not inherently a virtue and therefore, in-group psychology is common. Most people are part of a group, and for good or for bad, they do provide some sort of meaning in life.
It's why gangs are so common, or why we have elite clubs. It's part of the reason why religion is so popular. Everyone wants to feel wanted, but whether they properly adhere to said group's strictures or whether said group even has dogma is entirely another thing.
If MGTOW isn't a group, how would you define it? Just curious.
[–]AeternusDoleo1 point2 points3 points 7 years ago (2 children) | Copy Link
A lifestyle, or part thereof, I suppose. Are, for example, people who do a lot of fitness a group? They share that they work out a lot, but beyond that I don't think they identify themselves by that facet of their life. I see MGTOW as much the same, 'though on the social spectrum rather then physical. It's hard to precisely define however since the very nature of it means it will mean something different for each man. My definition and yours are not, and do not need to be, identical.

Emma Lazarus, was a supporter of Georgism and support of Henry George's economic policies
Georgism is not inherently socialist in nature, it can be applied by socialist but it is also adopted by Libertarians (i.e Geo-Libertarianism), Georgism motto in the 1870's (Emma Lazarus Activist time period) was Free Trade, Free Land, Free Men
I can find nothing on her Feminist Activism,
[–]transhuman4lyfe-1 points0 points1 point 7 years ago (11 children) | Copy Link
I was incorrect, though there is this
Emma Lazarus was born in New York City, July 22, 1849,[5] into a large Sephardic Jewish family.[a] She was the fourth of seven children of Moses Lazarus, a wealthy Jewish merchant
as well as this
An important forerunner of the Zionist movement, Lazarus argued for the creation of a Jewish homeland thirteen years before Theodor Herzl began to use the term "Zionism".
So what, America must take in the dregs of society, but the Jews deserve a homeland all to themselves where one must be Jewish to emigrate there?
I understand that her ethnoreligious makeup might not seem important at first glance, but over time, one begins to understand the connections that make themselves evident. She may not have been a socialist directly, but she did speak positively of her British socialist counterparts and agreed with them that British and American society needed reforming, though she obviously had desires to reform America first.
[–]SirYouAreIncorrect-1 points0 points1 point 7 years ago (10 children) | Copy Link
Ahh I see you are anti-Semitic, and probably anti-immigration
All becomes clear, sadly I encounter more of you than i should in the MGTOW space
It is sad that is what you see in the sonnet... That because a person is poor, or cast out of their nation that they are by default "dregs" and unworthy of freedom, and liberty. Unworthy of opportunity.
I completely reject your vision of the world. I am pro-immigration and anti-welfare state. I am libertarian not authoritarian.
agreed with them that British and American society needed reforming, though she obviously had desires to reform America first.
As do I, American Society needed reforms then, as it does now. Many, many reforms. Unless you can highlight specific reforms then a vague notion of "reform" is not something I can cast negative or positive it is just a statement of fact
[–]AeternusDoleo1 point2 points3 points 7 years ago (3 children) | Copy Link
I am pro-immigration and anti-welfare state.
That is an odd combination to hold. At the risk of going a bit offtopic, how do you resolve the issue of immigrants migrating from impoverished nations, who don't hold any skills that would make them able to be gainfully employed in a high tech society like we have? Opportunity is one thing, but too much failure with no social security net would create an underclass of slum dwellers.

That is an odd combination to hold.
It is a libertarian position
who don't hold any skills that would make them able to be gainfully employed in a high tech society like we have?
That would be our main point of disagreement
Opportunity is one thing, but too much failure with no social security net would create an underclass of slum dwellers.
I believe in priavte charity, non-profits, community groups, coop's and various other types of voluntary saftey nets
Not in Authoritarian government run programs
It's amazing to me how many people think that voting to have the government give poor people money is compassion. Helping poor and suffering people yourself is compassion. Voting for our government to use guns to give money to help poor and suffering people is immoral, self-righteous, bullying laziness.

Interesting position to hold, thanks for expanding on it. Don't fully agree with it though. On point 1: Training can work to an extent, but only to a certain age. Good luck finding an entry level position if you're past 40 for example... On point 2: True, but there is a max capacity for unskilled labor. Once it is met people start displacing eachother and the wages start to plummet rapidly in an open market. Making sure that none of the unskilled people will have any semblance of a meaningful existence. And past a certain age (or simply due to no affinity with tech or theory), training is not an option for everyone. On point 3: That's fine and dandy, but what do you do with people who try and fail? Let them starve? Private charity, especially in hard times, have a limited capacity. People who are starving tend to do crazy things to survive. Often at anothers detriment. How would you treat the destitute jumping into crime as their last resort? It is an interesting position to hold, but... I don't see it as being sustainable if the entire third world shows up at your border for a chance at "trying to make it".

Well to fully understand my position would take alot longer than I have to type out in a Reddit post this evening, or even really link to the 100's of books on the subject.
Libertarian economic models are much more than simply allowing immigration and shutting down welfare.
For example a huge amount of the migration from South and central america can be direcly tied to our direct and indirect interference in the regions influencing their governments and empowering cartels and other destructive forces via things like the War on Drugs that cause massive amounts of violence and economic hardship in their home nations causing the need for them to come here in the first place
But again that is just one Small Aspect of full libertarian position

Ahh I see you are anti-Semitic, and probably anti-immigration All becomes clear, sadly I encounter more of you than i should in the MGTOW space
It's actually funny, because I'm probably more pro-woman than I have any business being in a place like this. Regardless, thank you for pointing out that I'm anti-Semitic. The thing is, you've said nothing. The real kicker is what's unsaid with words like "racist," "homophobe," "sexist," and "anti-[insert victim here]" is "morally reprehensible." You probably think me wrong or evil or morally unjustified for being anti-semitic, which is itself sad. You know what assuming does, I presume?
It is sad that is what you see in the sonnet... That because a person is poor, or cast out of their society that they are by default "dregs" and unworthy of freedom, and liberty. Unworthy of opportunity. I completely reject your vision of the world. I am pro-immigration and anti-welfare state. I am libertarian not authoritarian.
It is sad that is what you see in the sonnet... That because a person is poor, or cast out of their society that they are by default "dregs" and unworthy of freedom, and liberty. Unworthy of opportunity.
Sad would require there to be some sort of happy. How utterly convenient that you have chosen your way of thinking as the happy one and mine the sad. Isn't that something, how that works? As to what they are worthy of, immigration is not a right. I don't know which side of the aisle you mostly inhabit, but as a former libertarian, I have some sort of idea of your way of thinking. The nation-state has boundaries, and whether arbitrarily-defined or not, it doesn't matter. No individual or group has any right to enter another predetermined national border unless the citizens of that particular nation have allowed it. Immigration is a privilege, and one we have been far too liberal with granting in my humble opinion.
Well, good sir, I mostly reject your vision of the world. I also support immigration, but with heavy caveats. I also oppose the welfare state, something on which we can agree. Now, without talking to you, I cannot assume you are completely pro immigration. You might support immigration only with certain caveats as well, for example a robust legal protocol and nothing else. You might also support some ill-placed right of people to cross borders whenever they wish, on which we will decidedly disagree. But those are assumptions. Neither of us have been candid enough to actually know what the other believes.
I also agree that our society needs reforms. For example, we need to institute more organized eugenics programs and eradicate the diseases we can. Furthermore, we need to incentivize white birth rates and minority deportation. We should encourage intelligent white people to come here and we should encourage a return to more traditional Western values. But I'm sure those were not the reforms you were hoping for. No matter, that's why we have the freedom of speech.
You know very well what type of reforms they were discussing. Feminist and socialist reforms. Read her Century, written in 1886. I haven't read it all, but enough to understand her motives.

You probably think me wrong or evil or morally unjustified for being anti-semitic,
I think judging people based on their race or ethinic background is immoral and unethical yes
I believe each person should be judged in their own individual actions, not on some stereotype of you have applied to their race or ethnicity
I also reject the moronic idea that one race is better than and other, a position you seem to hold as well
Sad would require there to be some sort of happy.
Incorrect, Sad in this context does not imply an "happy" opposite, sad in this context is me showing empathy at how utterly ignorant you are in other cultures of the world and what value they bring. You are so devoid of anything that could be an rational or intelligent thought that I feel sad (empathy) for your very existence.
immigration is not a right.
In my outlook of the world, libertartianism, it is. I know from your immoral authoritarian world view that when a government strikes an imaginary line on a piece of paper saying "none should cross" that makes it ethical, but to people that support individual liberty we understand the free movement is infact a natural right
I am sure however you only believe those rights "granted" to you by the US Constitution.
I don't know which side of the aisle you mostly inhabit
Neither, I embrace the Philosophy of Liberty and reject the "left/right" paradigm
No individual or group has any right to enter another predetermined national border unless the citizens of that particular nation have allowed it.
No individual or group has the right to enter another property with out permission, authoritarians like yourself have unethically expanded that principle to include "national boarders" where you tell rightful properly owners who they can and can not allow on and across their property. You have no such right unless you own land on the border
I reject the idea that 50% +1 of the population should be able to dictate to the 50%-1 how they can use their property, or cease said property for the purpose of "border control"
I also support immigration, but with heavy caveats
only if they are European Whites? Maybe also European Blacks, but ceriantly not from the "mongrel race from South and Central America " as you said in another racist rant correct?
You might support immigration only with certain caveats as well, for example a robust legal protocol and nothing else.
I would not call it a robust protocol, basically if you want to move here you should be allowed unless it can be demonstrated you are in someway a danger to others (i.e have a communicable illness, violent criminal, known ties to terrorist groups, etc)
we need to institute more organized eugenics program
WOW, let me guess let me guess that would be based on race? You are fucking disgusting.
But I'm sure those were not the reforms you were hoping for. No matter, that's why we have the freedom of speech.
No they are not, as you explained I am libertarian, eugenics is full on Dystopian Totalitarianism you can not get any further from libertarainism than advocating for eugenics which is murder, and advocating for violence which is a violation of Reddit Terms of Service, as well as this subreddits. Continued talk like this will result in me reporting you, as I do not wish to see this place banned
I think judging people based on their race or ethinic background is immoral and unethical yes I believe each person should be judged in their own individual actions, not on some stereotype of you have applied to their race or ethnicity I also reject the moronic idea that one race is better than and other, a position you seem to hold as well
Firstly, I don't think in terms of "inferior" or "superior." That's oversimplistic garbage meant only to poison the well. Better is subjective because the human races evolved as subspecies in separate environments over tens of thousands of years. And acting as if I don't also judge people based on individual acts is moronic. You clearly don't understand what I'm saying, and it's obvious you took a few lines of my previous statements and hyperbolized them because you hate my ideology. That's fine, but you don't have to lie about my ideology to hate it.
That's funny, because I've traveled to dozens of countries. I am definitely much more knowledgeable about world cultures than you would ever know, but we also never discussed this, so I won't hold your ignorance against you. Also, quit taking lines from Adam Sandler movies. It's a bad look for you. This whole paragraph was cringeworthy actually.

Right, so in fairyland. You realize that just because you believe it doesn't mean that the world has to follow it. Vote all you want, I guess. This is not worth discussing any further. We've talked it to death.
Well hooray for you.
No individual or group has the right to enter another property with out permission, authoritarians like yourself have unethically expanded that principle to include "national boarders" where you tell rightful properly owners who they can and can not allow on and across their property. You have no such right unless you own land on the border I reject the idea that 50% +1 of the population should be able to dictate to the 50%-1 how they can use their property, or cease said property for the purpose of "border control"
You do realize that the government owns the land at the borders, right? Okay, so say that an individual land owner allows illegals onto his property. The illegal cannot then use that as a gateway to wander the country. He must check every single piece of land individually for an owner and then petition the owner ahead of time for free movement across that land. It's only fair, right? Or do you actually subscribe to the notion that once the illegal is inside the national border that he can move freely?
One, I love how you're just finding my comments and replying to all of them as if you're trying to teach me some lesson. "Racist" holds no meaning here since the term was specifically engineered by society dissolutes and agitators to conjure up a villainy. Only a fool would think that my ideology is rooted in hate. It's not even beginning to scratch the surface. No, not the latinos. That's what I believe.
As the immigration authority, we shall be making the rules for entry, and we can even cease all immigration if we were so inclined. Because we can. Why should we have to prove anything to anyone?
WOW, yes, fortunately, I actually love diversity. You apparently hate it because you'd rather see us absorbed into a muddled grey mess of humans in some false sense of love and tolerance. Let me guess...you have no idea what eugenics is, you just see it and think "NAHZEE" and that's it, right? Do me a favor and look it up. The basic concept is not bad at all.
No they are not, as you explained I am libertarian, eugenics is full on Dystopian Totalitarianism you can not get any further from libertarainism than advocating for eugenics which is murder, and avocation of violence a violation of Reddit Terms of Service, as well as their subreddits. Continued talk like this will result in me reporting you, as I do not wish to see this place banned
Yikes. This is a disgusting, completely misinformed comment. And eugenics might be Dystopian Totalitarianism--which are complete buzzwords here meant to fear monger--if it were indeed always negative eugenics with an active culling process. However, there is also positive eugenics, which reinforces healthy standards for a society and doesn't involve killing anyone. Your ignorance of this topic shows, and we can't discuss if you don't know what you're talking about.
Your threat to report me was also juvenile. You claim to be a libertarian, yet you obviously hate any concept of free speech. That much is clear.
[–]SirYouAreIncorrect-1 points0 points1 point 7 years ago (2 children) | Copy Link
And acting as if I don't also judge people based on individual acts is moronic.
In several comments you have been grouping people based on race or ethic background then applying generalization to them. (i.e the jews, or the "mongrel races") That is not someone that judges people based on their individuality
Further eugenics itself is not a individualist ideology, it is subjectively selecting genetic traits that at given group has arbitrarily defined as "better" (often conveniently aligning with the traits the person supporting eugenics has personally) as the "perfection" of the human race.
It is disgusting and morally bankrupt
That's funny, because I've traveled to dozens of countries. I am definitely much more knowledgeable about world cultures than you would ever know,
You have no idea what my background is either, nor would I simply accept your work for your "well traveled" status. Nor is the dissertation you have " traveled to dozens of countries" is in anyway relevant to the discussion
Also, quit taking lines from Adam Sandler movies.
I did not.
Right, so in fairyland. You realize that just because you believe it doesn't mean that the world has to follow it. Vote all you want, I guess. This is not worth discussing any further.
It is because you still lack understanding, libertarainism is not something imposed on to others, that would be authoritarianism.
I live my life under libertarian ethics and morality, I advocate others do the same and attempt to explain my logical reasoning for it. The world does not in fact have the follow it, that is true and in no way changes my position
You do realize that the government owns the land at the borders, right?
Actually they do not, that is one of the larger expenses in the Boarder Wall plan as they would have a cease even eminent domain many many many miles of land which is $$$$$
It's only fair, right? Or do you actually subscribe to the notion that once the illegal is inside the national border that he can move freely?
under an AnCap society that would be the case, I outlined the AnCap world view because you claimed to be a former libertarian, given your comments I surmised that you where likely a "Right" Libertarian most likely AnCap.
I am not however, I more closely align with Geo-Libertarianism which is why I started commenting in this thread in the first place to push back on your moronic idea that Geogism was socialist
As such I do not believe the government has the ethical right to control movement outside of generalized direct threats (i.e invading armys, violent criminals, spreading of illness etc), indivuals that do not themselves pose a direct threat to others should be allowed to freely cross lands include the boarders.
I love how you're just finding my comments and replying to all of them as if you're trying to teach me some lesson
Not at all, My efforts are about exposing your repugnant beliefs to others reading, not about teaching you anything
You like to hide them well in other comments, conceal them with tame language. I want to expose them to the sunlight.
"Racist" holds no meaning here since the term was specifically engineered by society dissolutes and agitators to conjure up a villainy.
No Racist is a label that was created to easily convey that a person is bigoted to people based on genetic race. The authoritarian left over uses it and devalues it, but there are still genuine racists in the world, They are people like you that support eugenics
As the immigration authority
So you promoted yourself, I would have a mental health professional look into your inflated personal infallibility and authority
you have no idea what eugenics is
I am fully versed on what eugenics is. Nazi's did practice a form of eugenics and I am aware their are other forms, all of them equally repugnant to anyone that values individual liberty and freedom
However, there is also positive eugenics, which reinforces healthy standards for a society and doesn't involve killing anyone.
Sorry no, there is not anything "positive", what you define as " healthy standards for a society" is completely subjective and based on the society YOU want to live in. your "healthy society" is most likely my dystopian nightmare
You claim to be a libertarian, yet you obviously hate any concept of free speech. That much is clear.
I support the US Constitutional understanding of Free Speech, meaning your freedom ends when you are a threat to another life.

I used to think so, but then I explored the reality of the ramifications of such a quote, and frankly, I would never want to live in a country whose source of pride was derived from how many poor, wretched people we brought in. Economically, culturally, and demographically speaking, it is a fucking stupid quote.
It does sound cool though, if you turn your brain off for a second and just enjoy it.
[–]Yolandiiii1 point2 points3 points 7 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link
Well I didnt really have a comment on the context, but I understand what you're saying. I like to randomly read through quotes on sites like GoodReads, I am commenting that its dope as a quote in and of itself

Oh for sure. I agree with you bro.
[–]SirYouAreIncorrect-3 points-2 points-1 points 7 years ago (5 children) | Copy Link
So you do not like America? Because this is our history.
We were founded by poor wretched people that risked it all to form a new nation in a far off land.
Immigration is a source of our strength. To deny that shows a complete ignorance of American History
[–]transhuman4lyfe1 point2 points3 points 7 years ago* (4 children) | Copy Link
That's false, and you know it. We were founded by an ethnically and racially homogeneous, not to mention culturally rich people who worked hard and made something of themselves. Many of them were aristocrats too, so pretending that the chalupa-carrying masses swarming the southern border like World War Z or the dindus in the projects are anything even near the caliber of the German, Scots-Irish, Welsh, Dutch, Scandinavian, Belgian, Italian, Polish, or even Ukrainian immigrants who came here is just being intellectually dishonest.
Don't even get me started on the fact that many of our Founding Fathers were Freemasons. I really hope I don't have to explain what an absolute threat to any civilization Freemasonry is.
Immigration can be a source of strength, but like anything else, it has downsides we need to consider. Pretending like just bringing as many people as we can in is all up no down is a complete lie. Civic nationalism already has a short shelf life to begin with, and now you want to bring in a mongrel race from South and Central America, import mass amounts of possible foreign agents from China, and take all comers. It's like you want any sort of predominant nationally-unifying culture to be snuffed out through close proximity to others.
Diversity is also a strength, but the only way we have proper diversity is if we keep all the colors separate, which is what any good American and anyone aware of history should support doing.
So to ask such strawman questions is just foolish. I like America, but that doesn't mean I can't set the record straight, clarify historical context, and criticize certain aspects of our country, of my country. Only a fool would truly believe that all immigrants and therefore all cultures are equal and of no consequence when allowing immigration to occur in one's own nation.

I saw the light during my final year of highschool. At that I've been thinking about the future. To be honest when I was a kid I was never interested in getting into a relationship. I just thought that there are more important things to do than getting into a relationship.
At that time I realized how expensive everything is nowadays. Like housing, and owning a car, let alone marriage, having a kid and how expensive education is. That's when I decided I want to live life on the things I enjoy doing.
In a way I was kinda mgtow before learning what mgtow is which I learned about it last year.

I consider myself extremely fortunate. 25, single, had a relationship so I don’t need to experience one again. Been red pilled for over a year now, just passed the red pill rage stage so I take women for WHAT they are. Focusing on saving money, eating a lot of calories (as healthily as possible), building muscle, progressive overloading, and taking in productive information. I’m on track to having a block of land before 30, and aim for a living space (tiny home of sorts) by 30 too. If things go exactly to plan I’ll have a nicer car to drive (driving my first car, 1991 nissan pulsar. She’s going strong, not many kms/miles so she’ll be right. I’m doing her up since my dad does car upholstery + new paint job @ satin pearl white). I used to get depressed at being lonely, being hopeless for my future. But in recent months I’ve been really excited for what my future brings. I’m getting deep into calisthenics and would love to be a fitness influencer one day. I got no time for women! Thanks to the red pill for the knowledge and thanks to mgtow for opening up and encouraging me on my own path!

What's interesting is that after we either check out of or are kicked out of the Plantation, we gradually grow less and less interested in working as part of any kind of a group or team if it means being supervised or controlled in any way. We become these freelancers. Not everyone, of course, because this isn't a movement, again, and there aren't any rules. But there are a lot of guys in here who don't own a house, don't work for a company (but are independent like me) and may not even have a fixed address. I remember posting a few months ago about having a PO box, and working to insure that nobody knew where you actually lived, and the response was impressive. MGTOWs are the equivalent of a session musician, or a freelance courier. The ultimate expression of this is going off the grid, of course, or going underground, but I think there's a real tendency in the group to have zero interest in being part of anyone's formal team.
What's really interesting about this is that in a lot of respects, that makes us society's worst nightmare. The relentless pressure to conform and join someone's team is an expression of that. The one thing you absolutely cannot be in this culture is someone who refuses to be a member of anyone's team. People absolutely freak out at that. It's like there's this instinct to be able to label and control people, and if you can't do that, people panic.

There are no recruits.
There are only members who make their lives better daily.
[–][deleted] 10 points11 points12 points 7 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
This is why MGTOW goes on regardless of online forums, because they are not our support system. Other MGTOW are. It is the re-establishment of men trusting each other without females in the mix. I think that once mainstream men get their heads out their female's asses and figure it out, feminism will be remembered as the catalyst for providing men with a common enemy. White, black, rich, poor, educated, uneducated, North and South, young and old. We all gain by going our own way. Only time will reap that harvest, because most men still listen to media and popular culture, which feminism and PC dominate.

I came here years ago because I thought the comments and threads were funny and a little trollish.
And then "it" happened to me last year and I realized how right everyone here was all along
[–]Dynamitking7 points8 points9 points 7 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
Saw on a post a while back about a dude leaving mgtow and then coming back. There was no judgment or anything. He was welcomed back with open arms and alot of advice. You can really feel the support in the comments. I thought it was beautiful.

Feminism does all the recruiting for us.
[–]throwawayacc2666 points7 points8 points 7 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
I thank the guy in my mind everyday who told me about this in a YouTube comment section

I don't know. I had 2 guys knock on my door yesterday. They were wearing white dress shirts and had ridden up on bikes. When I answered the door, they handed me a pamphlet and ask, "Can I talk to you a little more about MGTOW?"
[–]Griever1145 points6 points7 points 7 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link
Some of us are sitting in our chairs and handing a beer to the new meat as they come.

The beer being warmer than their ex

"People will come, Ray. They’ll come to (MGTOW) for reasons they can’t even fathom. They’ll turn into your driveway, not knowing for sure why they’re doing it. They’ll arrive at your door, as innocent as children, longing for the past. “Of course, we won’t mind if you look around,"
[–]ConstantChinner[S] 1 point2 points3 points 7 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
Beautiful reference!
[–][deleted] 3 points4 points5 points 7 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
I feed the occasional red pill to the younger guys all over the internet but i never ever mention MGTOW.
You have to feed them just enough so they eventually see the truth. You can't just bludgeon people over the head with it and honestly if you have to these aren't the kind of people i want to roll with.
[–]obi2kanobi3 points4 points5 points 7 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
"MGTOW doesn't need to recuit"
[–]gadabout134 points5 points6 points 7 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link
EXACTLY!!!! We welcome the battle scarred with the thousand yard stares....the "holy shit!" Witnesses.....and the " no DAMN way!" Survivalists. When your the guy holding the bandaid...you dont have to recruit....you just stand there and heal those who need it.
[–]ConstantChinner[S] 0 points1 point2 points 7 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
Well put!

Women are the greatest recruiters of MGTOW

Every man close to me gets a token pointing to redpill mgtow. Beyond that, they're on their own.

So this is a post about a comment quoting another comment. Can we go deeper?
[–]massy5251 point2 points3 points 7 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
Its like a spring in the desert. You don't need to put up a billboard that says come visit the oasis.
[–]AilenXX1 point2 points3 points 7 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
True, unlike feminists that basically manipulate and force people to join them, its like good vs evil.Glad I found this.
[–]AliceGaveMeTheHerp1 point2 points3 points 7 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
Generally I would agree but I’ve seen a bunch of mgtow graffiti and stickers in public.
By the way for gods sake don’t graffiti the MGTOW name everywhere!! Someone has to clean that up, probably a man.
[–]divingenthusiast1 point2 points3 points 7 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
This is actually very true. I’ve never seen anyone from this community going out of their way to spread the ideology or try to persuade other men like Incels do.
