Red pill rage is not hatred.

Red pill rage is anger which arises when you take the red pill and suddenly realize that it is all lies.

From there it can go two ways:

You can realize that female nature is what it is, male nature is what it is, understand the inevitable consequences of the agricultural- and industrial- revolutions, and move to developing effective personal strategies to deal skillfully with the world.
Alternatively, you can let the anger harden into bitterness as you hold on to utopian notions of how the world "should" be and fume over how the world fails to be ideologically correct.

The choice is yours, brothers.

Wholeheartedly feel the rage, you were lied to your whole life, your rage is a natural response, let it burn the lessons into your brain.

The rage will pass with time. For me it took about 2 years for it to subside, and in that time I fully internalized it and couldn't be happier.

The rage leaves just a lingering itch but fades away with the progress toward new all consuming interests. Nostalgia can be a terrible affliction, mulling over past errors of judgment and failure, file away and forget.

Misanthrope here. Rage and hate are different things and it's important to distinguish the difference.

I hate people, pretty passionately. That hate comes from general observances I've made about humanity throughout my life. No substantial amount of time was spent in my realizations, they naturally came with life experience.

With that, I can't be bothered to rage about my hatred because 1. that would be investing additional time of mine towards people I wish were dead and 2. my rage wouldn't change anything in regards to my issue (with humanity, as a whole), it would only consume my time, energy and sanity.

What I'm trying to say is that it's okay to hate something but it's a waste of your time, and health, to stay enraged about it. It's okay to hate broccoli, but it's not beneficial at all to rant and rave and dwell on your hatred for broccoli.

all emotion is fleeting. don't feel guilt for whatever you're feeling. the positive thinking movement is bullshit just as much as those that feed off feeling particular emotions regardless if it's deemed "positive" or "negative".
