No doubt that I am my Pops' son, I look and sound so much like he did it's uncanny. Even back when I was in my teens and he would get work calls at the house, people he fired or otherwise pissed off would start cussing and yelling at me and I'd have to tell them "You're looking for my dad, not me asshole".

I get the point of the opinion but...

id refrain from doing a 3rd party dna test (ex 23 and me and ancestry) as they keep a log and results of the test.

If you read the fine print, they are allowed to do whatever they want with the information and most of these compaines send/sell this info to the govt. Decreasing your chances of getting better insurance premiums and affecting many other things aswell based on the results.
