I was walking home on Saturday and saw a handle sticking out of one of those 'Give away' boxes people leave out after a yard sale. I pulled out a completely rust covered square grilling pan.

Two days later, and I'm giving this thing it's final vinegar bath to get rid of the rust between the grooves. This thing was the color of a pumpkin when I started!

Tonight, I heat it to 200 F, oil it, and bake at 400 to give it it's first seasoning in years.

I know it's not yelling about bitches, but if you want to pick up an easy hobby with a big feeling of satisfaction, I highly recommend playing around with cast iron.
