Took the condom off and asked her if she was on birth control. She said she was so I came inside her. I know. I can’t believe myself either. Convinced her to take plan b (watched her take it and swallow it)but it didn’t work because she already ovulated. She’s waffling on abortion but it’s looking unlikely. We’re going to an appointment on sept 17th where it may happen or may not happen. I’ve said everything under the sun to convince her it would ruin our lives and that I wouldn’t be there.

I just sent in my passport to be renewed and once I get that I’m getting a visa to thailand, then getting my TEFL, then I’ll try to get a short term teaching contract until March. The baby would theoretically be born in February/March 2019. I’ll fly back and get a paternity test done. If it’s mine, I’m flying right back to thailand and picking up another TEFL gig. I’ll live like a backpacker and sock away as much money as I can while I’m over there. I went for vacation last year and I know some Thai plus I know my way around.

If she goes for support at any time. I won’t even bother showing up and let it default since I already know what the outcome is. I can probably mail money orders to the central collection unit from overseas so the arrears wouldn’t pile up. On paper I’ve never made more than 16/hr full-time. Not sure what the amount would be, but I’m guessing 300-400. The cost of living in Thailand is cheap enough that I could survive that and still have a decent life. Furthermore, if my income went up with experience, the court would have no ability to discover it (speculation), so the payments would become less of an issue. Thailand doesn’t have a reciprocal child support agreement with the US nor does it have a service of process agreement which would validate a U.S court order in thailand.

By keeping the payments current or at least not building up I could have 10 good years before eating shit back in the US, or potentially keep the payments current and renew my passport a second time; riding out the entire support term.

This is all worst case scenario but I’m wondering what you guys think. I watched TFMs videos about the guy who dipped and if his passport wasn’t revoked I don’t see why mine would. I’ve scoured the internet for months and all I’ve seen is people can’t renew or apply for a passport but never seen a case of revocation or cancellation while still being valid. All in all if the cards fall as I’ve stated, I believe it’s worth it. I’ve read enough accounts of men in my situation who chose to “man up” and it seems like an absolutely intolerable existence.

I appreciate this community.
