The problems I have are when they go against the comics like making a character female or changing their race for the sake of inclusion or diversity etc

In this case Thor becomes the unworthy thor and his stories are actually very well done. Jane becomes the mighty thor. The angle is she doesn't know what she's doing but she solves the problem in a unique way. It's pretty good

2, jane foster lacks the requirments to lift thor's hammer, she isn't linked to some kind of military force, she never saved tons of people, she never proved how honorably she is in battle, she was just thor's love interest

I haven't fact checked this, but I thought Solo and some of the feminist remakes of movies ended up losing money? It seems like the women ghostbusters didn't do well? I wish they'd make up their own shit instead of trying to take and then remake ours. Then again, more women have been made wealthy by stealing the businesses that men built in divorce courts than from starting their own companies, so their strategy is working. Maybe it will work in movies too?

Marvel is trying to expand the fan base like how Stan Lee tried in the comics. It failed in the comics, and I'm pretty sure it's going to fail in the films. The films basically succeeded because it was about a bunch of guys going on a heroes journey. It was not female focus at all (there were some movies like captain Marvel, but they were riding on the coat tails of Ironman, captain america, etc.) Most people (including women) want to watch/listen/read stories about GUYS doing their own thing, and accomplishing things. That's how it is. Phase 4 is not going to make a lot of money in the long run. They will probably call it "superhero fatigue" though. Oh, well, whatever....
