I can't speak for the Army, but personal experience with the Air Force is that it's basically a missive social welfare jobs program. Things may be different at the tip of the spear in ops "where it matters" but support is full of people who have no clue how to do their jobs.
The pussy pass is in full effect, and women routinely rise above where they should be based on their abilities/contributions.

Well, I CAN speak for the Army! It's no better. I'll never forget when I first got out of OSUT and arrived at my first unit. Got off the bus right as morning formation was beginning at my new station in Germany, where I learned that the unit I got transferred to had just left for Iraq a couple weeks prior and I was just there for a couple of weeks of processing myself before I got sent over to the litter box myself.
Naturally, this meant that the base was occupied only by a few hundred people on rear detachment now, roughly 400-500 of them in total; Enough to all be in a big morning formation every day in front of regimental headquarters.
I shit you not, when I got to that formation, it was pushing 90% pregnant women, with the last 10% being men who had injuries from one thing or another that was keeping them from deploying just yet, or men left behind to manage the people on rear D, with the occasional sprinkling of just dudes no one wanted to deal with so they got left behind. Women ABSOLUTELY get a fuckload of preferential treatment in the military. I mean, one just needs to look at the Army PT test standards between the genders. They don't even have to do real push ups. It's a total joke, they're just leeching tax dollars for free money sitting in S-shops with all kinds of regulation-violating hair styles and cosmetics, losing your leave paperwork and shit.
I don't think I've ever even seen a female soldier get smoked(punished with overbearing PT) before.

I agree. further. If you've read or watched any documentaries about CULTS, that's exactly what this is. It's infinitely bizarre to me how few people want to think for themselves. because they know they ultimately failed as a male, and they see how many victim points and attention women get and want some of that too. I find that it's much more common to see MTF rather than FTM, and I think it's largely to do with masculinity being vilanized and devalued while femininity being uplifted to demi-god status. Some weaker males seek alternative reproduction strategy, which (while obviously) does not lead to actual reproduction, but satisfies their lizard brain and gives them an excuse at why they are such a failure as a man. "Oh I identify as a woman" is a lot more reassuring claim than "I am a weak pathetic man with no spine". It is similar to why so many men come out as gay today. Reality is - they just can't get laid, and don't have the balls to admit it.
p.s. I am not shitting on guys who can't get laid, as I am in that camp as well. Difference is I am not making excuses and hiding behind some degenerate lgbtq bullshit. I just go my own way.

As a Russian, you won't believe it, but we've admitted women in the army too. It's only recently that I've listened to a soldier talk on youtube about his service, and he mentioned their officers making them bring water from the river for women to wash their heads while on field drills. Also, there are now women pilots and even airborne forces officers. The army was against it, as their numbers for now are negligible, and it's totally meaningless to adapt the whole system to it, but I guess it's something more than individual governments' innovations.

Yep, I remember when the Lincoln was headed out after 911 for a long deployment in the middle east. 75% of the female crew amazingly came down with a mysterious case of bloating crotch goblin. 100s of sailors on shore rotation were reassigned to ship as their short but relatively comfortable duties were taken over by the new mass of non-deployables.

The British army ‘Snowflakes wanted’ campaign was the 2nd most successful recruitment drive of all time. It had something like an 80% dropout rate when those snowflakes got to basic training.

There is a reason why the left is pushing so hard to make the army go super woke.
Note a few things. What happened to the police over the past few years, and what's going on with the army now.
While the left has already won the civil war (and the right is just fighting a futile battle), there are pockets of resistance against the left. The police and the military (not the higher ups, but the grunts and foot soldiers at the ground level) are mainly conservatives and republicans. Note that if you, as a communist, want to throw your political enemies into prison via force, it's hard to do that when the foot soldiers you're sending out are republican and may have problems with unconstitutional orders.
Thus, how do you ensure that you can throw out the foot soldiers that won't fall in line? Go super woke. Most conservatives will just resign or not sign up to begin with. The conservatives that DO stay, will inevitably slip up that they're conservative (e.g. they speak out against the wokeness) and then they get into trouble and kicked out or arrested. So then all you're left with are leftist lapdogs who will very happily follow those orders.
The left's attacks on these two institutions ramped up in recent years because they were still trying to experiment with "safer" areas to see how effective their propaganda was. They took over colleges, media, sports, etc., areas where they already controlled, before gunning for the big guns and areas where they didn't really control.
Once you remember the left's goal is just communism, everything makes sense.

Not so sure, this was the military who ignored all small arms data gathered in WW2, because of tradition. Then gave its soldiers ammo prone to messing up in moisture in country full of rainforest.
