Google has been giving me the same results that you have been getting.

Searching "Reddit mgtow" instead of "mgtow Reddit" gives better results.

I don't see why switching the words gives different results.

Okay so I was bored earlier today and did something similar. (Edit: from Canada as well)

For me, searching "women denying truth" will only show results of women suffering from inequalities (wtf why?). I expected getting articles on the matter, but I was wrong.

Replacing women to men shows result about denialism. It stays on topic.

Sometimes, I prefer doing searches on Giribu. It is supposed to be uncensored.

Imin the US but whne i put my vpn in canada, you are correct, it does not show.

But, good old duckduckgo still shows it when in Cuckada...so ditch gaggle and use ddg.
