Stay true to yourself. I see so many betas who apologize, even when they are in the right, so not to "hurt her feelings". They are actually doing more harm because they are reinforcing her shitty behaviour.

Ironically, doing these things every day, was part of the worst time of my life. I assume correlation and not causation, but the behaviour can def affect your mindset. As well as your surroundings.

Life is amazing when you dont feel the need for these things, it’s almost like discovering the secret to a happy life. One no one told you in school, because they did not know or you were not ready to hear yet.
