This was their plan all along. This is what they do with every male space, from gaming to action movies to strip clubs, etc. They insert themselves, cry about "muh equality" then, once they're in the space, force the men to either submit to their demands or be ejected from the space. Females are an invasive species, parasites. By the time they've done their work, the male spaces are just pussy worshiping clubs, which is what they want the entire world to be full of.

Don't be surprised to see the "boy scouts" renamed to "rainbow scouts" or some other hippy bullshit soon, and for boys that are straight, white or God forbid both to be forced out completely.

It never had anything to do with equality (big surprise here, I know), it had everything to do with stealing the honor and reputation of a male-centric organization; one of the few left in our society.

We all know that when you think 'Boy Scouts' you think 'survival skills, craftsmanship, merit, and public service', whereas when you think 'Girl Scouts' you think 'overpriced and overhyped cookies that you only buy because the organization uses the girls as hustlers'. Now, the Girl Scouts COULD work towards making their organization have a better, more honorable and meritorious reputation, but that'd take WORK: infinitely better to exploit weak men to get their foot in the door, then open it all the way to let the rot reach the very heart of power. It's like skinning a lion in order to make yourself seem as powerful, but it's just a facade.

I know this sounds bad, and that this is a controversial opinion, but I think the BS was doomed the moment they relaxed their rules on gays and atheists being let into the organization, and I say this as an atheist who had to keep it on the down-low during my latter years in the BS. Women don't even do the pioneering work on trying to infiltrate the groups they want to subvert and steal; they rely on another demographic doing that for them. Women saw the organization allowing one rule to be bent, and took that act of concession as blood in the water; a sign of weakness that could be exploited.

At this point, it'd be very hard to the point of impossible to expel them now, and it's only a matter of time before it collapses. The preponderance of single mothers, who wouldn't be inclined to having their sons join anyway, means the group was probably doomed to be greatly reduced either way.

i get that they want to do masculine activities like camping, fishing, and shooting but they can easily implement those into girl scouts without invading male only spaces. there’s literally nothing stopping them from adding on badges for those activities. yet they decide it’s not good enough for them, that they need to be progressive and show that they can do everything a man can do. and here they are, with a female only group that probably does none of the activities that boy scouts actually do. it really just shows that they want to take everything so men don’t have anything to themselves anymore. complete bs.

I was a Scout Leader for twelve years. I quit and gave up after girls were included. Didn't care about the gay stuff, we had gay scouts make Eagle and it was a "Don't ask don't tell" process. Scouting already had venues for girls with Venturing and Explorer patrols. The core of Boy Scouting is teaching boys to become leaders--helping them to finish that step from boyhood to manhood. My son is an Eagle Scout, his certificate is signed by Rex Tillerson. My Daughter quit girl scouts(cookie sales) and camped with us the whole time while I offerred to take her to girl scouts or get her into Venturing--she refused and canoed/camped with us the whole time, she even helped teach younger scouts on fire starting, cooking and swimming.

A girl can't become an Eagle, they don't have the strength or temerity. The Scout program will only be watered down as women invade and boys will be allowed to take it easy and follow female way out...

So here is a little truth behind this story. The BSA has become Scouts BSA. The all girl troops are by design. Any girl that joins the scouts will be in an all girl troop. They are trying to maintain gender segregation while opening the program to girls.

The Girl Scouts are pissed as hell about this because they see it for what it is, a membership grab. Boy Scouts has been on a steady decline for decades and the desperately need new members. Kids just don't join like they used to. Unfortunately they are a very short sighted organization. They keep pissing off the more conservative members with PC moves and it is one of the reason for the member hemorrhage. Now the Mormons are leaving. That's about 1/3 of the existing membership.

For what it is worth, most of the individual girls have joined because they want to go camping. Apparently the actual girl scouts don't do this very much. They are more of an arts and crafts organization. Outdoorsy girls basically have nowhere to go.

To ad more reality, the way it is working on the ground is the female troops are troops in name only . They don't have much membership so the do everything with their associated boys troop. It's a violation of the policy, but they are looking the other way right now because they need the members.

A local troop i know of was surprised on a recent camping trip where more girls signed up than boys. I can't say for sure, but I'm betting all of the fun is already being sucked out of the organization. I'm sure it will quickly turn into the girls being "In Charge" and telling the boys where and how to carry all of the heave shit.

My daughter is in Girl Scouts and they do 100% same stuff as Boy Scouts (mine is the jamboree but my daughters scout troop has gone camping multiple times). It all depends on what the Troop leaders want to do.

The point was to infiltrate and destroy the boys scouts from within. Boys/men are not allowed to have their own places anymore. It's a violation of "diversity" (which is code for "boys are having fun without female oversight" in this context). They could have put that energy into setting up a separate chapter of the girls scouts that's a literal copy/paste of what the boys scouts is, for example. Nothing wrong with that and I'd be all for it.
