Having served in - and retired from - the military, I can confirm that this sort of idiotic entitlement mentality exists among some military spouses (almost entirely wives). Even worse are those wives who try to wear their husband's rank. Honey, you aren't senior to me, although your husband may be, and HIM I'll respect.
