Personally i just got asked two or three times in the last two years. As i am not interested in having any relations to women anymore i answered "Nothing special, all money goes to my ex-wife and kids" - man those conversations ended fast :D

I usually reply either “I hang drywall” or my favourite “I’m between opportunities right now” (I’m actually gainfully employed in a 6 figure career). It’s actually fun to watch how quickly people back out of the conversation.
