This is serious. Really.

People will ask you: Why are you still single?

And the proper and correct and 100% truthful answer is: "Because I have not found anyone good enough for me."

At this point it will be best to just drop the conversation, but if you want to have fun, or if it's a family member and you can't drop it just yet, you can amuse yourself.

What about Jennifer?

She's a single mom, and I don't want to raise someone else's kid.

What about Melissa?

She's fat! I work out at the gym 6 days a week and I put a lot of effort into eating right. I do that because I respect myself and my body and I want to be healthy. I want someone who does the same.

How about Karen?

She's a college dropout who works at Starbucks, I have a master degree and I am working hard to make a career. I want an educated woman who is building a career and not stuck in a dead-end job.

What about Anne?

She's broke as fuck, she got evicted from her last apartment and she uses payday loans to make ends meet, before you know she'd declare bankruptcy.

Well you have unrealistic expectations.

Not at all, I have worked hard to be in this position and I am still working hard to continue; I bring a lot to the table and I know I am a "good catch". I want someone who is "good enough" for me, and I don't see any woman out there who works hard to be a good catch too.

I need nobody, but I want someone, someone who is as good for me as I am for them.
