Nothing will change, except government will use this, just like 9/11, to put some more laws in place that screws you over somehow.

People might be a little more paranoid of people sneezing for a year, then back to business as usual.

Oh no ... the government has now learned just how much idiocy the electorate will put up with. Frankly, here in the U.S., I'm mildly surprised there hasn't been but a few scattered civil disobedience incidents in the face of draconian and contradicting rules. I mean, really, you can't sit in a restaurant, but you are welcome to climb aboard a petri dish known as mass transit? Oh no. It gets incrementally worse from here.

Nothing substantial will change. Maybe some industries will let their employees work from home more frequently or distance learning will become more popular. There will be a spike in divorces. If you're thinking tradional gender roles will come back though, not a chance. That ship sailed.

What do you guys think will change in society when this is all over?

A lot of people are going to take a massive knock in the standard of living. Lots more people are going to have to tighten their belts, more are going to find themselves struggling and living hand to mouth. This will put an additional strain on countries' budgets, so you can expect more taxes on the middle class.

I don't think this will lead to an appreciation for masculinity. A couple of photogenic and heart-warming examples will be paraded on social media every now and then to garner likes and karma, but by and by the average man will be treated as they always have: disposable and expendable.

Once things have recovered, there'll be a big push towards creating employment, so you can eventually expect another cycle of slow burn advertising artificially sowing seeds of demand in the public so that we can build factories and supply chains to build the supply to fulfil the demand, so that people can skim off the cream of profit off the top.

When the far left can finally rest and no longer have a real existential crisis to entertain them, they'll go back to climate alarmism, gender politics and social ideology to keep themselves entertained and give themselves causes to champion.

Immigration will probably become even greater than before, as the left in Europe take it upon themselves to rescue all the economic refugees from countries suffering the brunt of the economic devastation from all the quarantines and lock-downs.

You'd think we'd learn from a certain over-dependency on globalisation, and that we'd put more stock in being self-sufficient in critical areas, but after, we'll probably just go back to how it was before. Just this time we'll have retained all these temporary measures that politicians are scrambling for.

The worse it gets the more likely that is to happen. Personally I don't think this is a bad enough catastrophe to cause the shift you are describing. It kind of sucks that the only thing which will correct society's absurd gynocentrism is a fall of Rome level event, but there you have it. I like to think of it as the silver lining for the next truly epic disaster that strikes us. Sure, everything will be going to hell and the world will be on fire, but at least women will finally shut the fuck up.
