Humans are incapable of multitasking regardless of gender. The reason is simple, our brain functions as a single processing unit. What we think of as multitasking is actually task-switching. Some insects are capable of multitasking because the two sides of their brain function independently from each other, which isn't the case with mammals.

Food for thought. When I was in a philosophy class, my teacher said it is virtually impossible to multitask. What really happens is when you do two things at the same time, your mind constantly juggles on what to focus on more. The attention during multitasking can never be 50/50, its either from 10/90 - 40/60, and vice versa.

Humans can't multi-task, it's been proven again and again that 'multi-tasking' actually decreases performance and increases the time it takes to complete a task.

When you multi-task, what you're actually doing is switching tasks rapidly and every single time you make the switch, your brain has to get back into the flow state by having to build up momentum from the start.
