That actually looks very nice, it has a view to the beach and a good size TV, easier to clean. I for one enjoy being frugal and getting by even with a modest paycheck instead of spending all your money on superfluous things. Real men have to learn to be cheap with unnecesary stuff and eager to invest on valuable things.
