That alone gave me an idea of who is the better gender here at maintaining relationships and leading. Taking killers,rapists,abusers of each gender out, comparing the rest of the (normal) population who are left I knew women can be way more nasty then men, but thought it was like 60% bad women to 40% bad men. Hell the numbers are way higher.

Didn't she at any point think 'Can only hiring women be a bad thing? Is there any way that this could end up backfiring?'
When the cracks started forming in the shape of 'This person wasn't hired because she couldn't distinguish between different fashion designer labels' or 'Taking time off for beauty treatments, not from their holiday allowance', did she do anything? No, she made excuses and let things continue to the point of 'The inmates are running the asylum' because had no teeth.
They even insisted on high salaries when her company was just starting out and she accepted it, thinking she and they were bound to succeed when they hadn't even been proven. And when it failed, she couldn't even take full responsibility for her choices.
Setting up the company in a high end area like Richmond must've been costly as well. I'm not an expert in Business Studies, but I know enough to know that if you start a new and unproven business or company, then surely you would go to the cheapest "cost-cutting" areas, right?

The NTSB issued 19 findings after review. The root cause was the design submitted by Figg. However the design flaws should have been caught before it ever made it to construction. Once in construction, the quality reviews should’ve caught the problem. Once built, the contractors should’ve caught the problem.

Women are fucking useless at work. I had to work with this fat fucking whore at my last job, she would constantly complain she had to work overtime (at double the pay rate) because we were so busy, however, whenever she was away and it was a lot, I had to do her job and strangely enough, never had to work over time. When she realised that I was onto her, she'd start not documenting her work, so I'd get in to her office and have no idea what was happening for the day or where any of our workers were because she would take all the company documents home with her. She was deliberately trying to make me look like crap. Fucking bitch, she was bloody useless but the boss was a simp who wouldn't snap her into line. When I did so, she complained to the boss.
