There is a certain percentage of women (5-10%) that are mentally/physically incapable of hand eye coordination or making the exact same movement twice in a row.

Source: I was an assistant martial arts instructor for a few years. Had thousands of students come and go. We always had to have a special area for these women (of all age) that simply could not reliably move. In all my time I never once saw a man that had this issue to the degree I commonly saw it in women.
