Want to stop dealing with women? One huge benefit to being a guy is women don't approach you in any manner of flirtation and trying to pick you up with anything near a single digit percentage, so that fixes that immediately.

As far as improving yourself, health, knowledge, adventure, any thing you want. The entire world is yours to explore, so there's really no limits.

Life can be played like a video game. There's no point. other players join and leave, nothing you ever do will really matter, and you'll be dead and forgotten in a century.

So live it up.

There are two main parts. The first is detaching yourself from the need for female validation (feeling you're only complete with a woman, only a success if you have a girlfriend/wife, only a real man if women and like you, getting approval from being of service to women, etc.). That is important, because otherwise, you'll just drift back into the normal patterns.

The second part is figuring out where to invest all that energy, time, and attention, now that it isn't focused on women. I'd suggest being deliberate about your values and then goal-setting. Research shows that goals are best when they are intrinsic rather than extrinsic -- that is, something you enjoy and are interested in, and something that reflects your values, vs. just doing it to get status, become rich and famous or because it's what others/society think you should do.

It also helps to take in a little red pill/MGTOW content every day. I assume you know some of the main MGTOW channels? If not, try Better Bachelor or Coach Greg Adams. Even if you know the content already, it helps to have it reinforced.

take care of yourself, sport, gym, nutrition, health must be a constant focus, you must as a man stay fit all your life long, bc society considers men as dispensable, just good to be slaves ans providers. society will let you die without even a blink of the eyes. that is the most important for men. for women, well, before you are at least 35 yo only fuck and dump.

Take interest on creating stuff or hobbies. I recommend technical or artistic skills. These things can improve you as a person through discipline, hardwork and deep analysis. Learning is achievement itself. If it helps your career then that's a bonus.

Yeah focus on yourself, improve yourself. Do all the research on women's nature BUT you don't have to cut women off forever. Just get yourself to a better place where you are in control and you understand women better. You will be more successful with women.

I get the guys who are older and got divorce raped that want to go full MGTOW but if you are young....not dating at all is probably not going to cut it long term.

Just learn about women, stop being a nice guy. Read books, youtube has a lot of resources..

Work out, get in good physical shape. Save money, have an understanding of personal finance..Be the best version of yourself before you start dating again.

Be in control of the situation. I worked for me.

Glad to hear do you want to go your own way things you should do to improve and better yourself I would go to the gym and lift weights figure out how to start a business and make more money like me for example I started an online store on eBay and you got to think about what you want to do with your life what does Going Your Own Way mean to you like me for example I plan on moving Off the Grid on the big island of Hawaii in a school bus conversion that is one of my mgtow goals also if you go to the gym and you make more money and you improve your life women will naturally just come to you but don't do it for the women do it for you

Now your time and money is only yours. You will have plenty of it if you give up on women. Use it wisely.

If you are overweight/not fit, start with enough sleep, eating well (learn to cook), walking/jogging, exercise...

Are you dumb (uneducated)? Start reading. Improve your qualification.

Are you religious? If yes, get the Bible or some spiritual literature. C.S. Lewis is a good start.

What about savings? Make a reasonable plan, according to your income - 500, 1000, 10 000, whatever.

I’ve given up on trying to chase women. Perfect, now live That way, because as coach red pill summed up, women are an extra, they are not essential. As the others have stated, you do you,as in improving your life and doing whatever you decide to do, as you see fit. Better health, best foods,education, home improvements and financial goals will be far easier to achieve w/o a dead weight in your midst complaining about nonsense. Concentrate on your goals and realize them in short order now because you won’t waste time consuming how to pick up women videos. It’s “funny” that if you put yourself in a position of self dependency and achieve what you set out to do, the women will see you as you will become, a great catch! Of course, if you saved a million dollars the gold diggers would find you more attractive.

There really is no correct approach here. You do you. Some guys tell you to hit the gym and seek self improvement, which is all well and good, but that's not a one size fits all narrative.

Personally I'm former military and played sports year round from 4 years old through high school and have been in fairly good shape most of my life. I mean, not SUPER great, but good. 20 plus pull-ups, 21 minute three mile time, always 1st class Marine PFT etc. I've ditched the fitness. Sure, that's not really a great approach in terms of health and readiness for SHTF, but after I left the military I only went to the gym to chase tail. I don't have any desire to chase women any more and there are other ways to get off so I've conducted a cost-benefit on women and cut the fitness.

If you really enjoy wasting time, is the time really wasted?

I eat what I want, I do what I want and I roam where I want. Right now I'm learning Python and building gadgets and loading ammunition as hobbies. (My last girlfriend through my press at me because she hated that I enjoyed reloading instead of maximizing her earnings).

If the weights and the gyms do call, then go kill it. The weights are a great teacher and outlet for negative energy. Guys telling you to hit the gym are neither wrong nor right and neither am I.

Short of self-destructive hedonism (and including it I guess if you want), do what you want and avoid any and all entanglements with the state and don't let others dictate who the fuck you are.

Whatever happens, just ensure you have enough money saved up to pay your doctors, lawyers and hookers. They won't care what type of person you are and they will expect to paid in full and on time. Probably in advance or they'll just tell you to fuck off. And chances are, you came to them for service so that's going to be hard to hear. Forget the lambos and all that shit.

If you're ready to go MGTOW, I suggest you do your research as there are TONS of different subgroups within this group. Know that like all schools of thought and philosophy there are extremists and some that are just plain wtf. So make sure to do your own research and determine which parts of MGTOW suit you the best. Remember, in the end it's your journey and nobody else. Make it work for you and never stop making yourself the best version possible.

Bro watch red pill channels like better bachelor, couch Greg Adams, Sandman, or even or even young men's daily red pill. The ones I listed are perfect for getting into it. Sandman is more MGTOW. The rest are more red pill with a sprinkle of MGTOW idealogy. I'll link them below for you even. Trust me their life changers. But the word of advice take the knowledge in intervals it really messes with how you see the world if you're not careful. So space out the times you watch Red Pill content to balance you out.

Hi. I was 24 when I was red-pilled and this was back in 2011 as I was exiting the Army. Fortunately I'd just been given a clean bill of health. At the time there was no red-pill (not to my knowledge). I called it "Going Solo". I'd go hiking and camping and travel the US visiting my battles that were still active. Took pictures of the states while traveling. Started college. Bartend. Strip (yes I objectified myself, but damn was the money good!!!). Teach yourself something that you thought you'd never learn. But also don't be afraid or so great that you forget to talk yo people. The best part of going your own way is only you stop everyday from being awesome!
