Thats a real hard dilemma. Many of us would take the bait and be dragged to court.

I also had one instance of sexual harassment that i didn't recognize at the time and it was totally my fault for not being true enough to my values.

I was 22, i was keeping an eye on mgtow philosophy but still talked to my ex mostly as a friend (big mistake). One time, as we talked about something (don't remember what it was) we kissed. I made sure to tell her that while i wasn't feeling remorseful for kissing her, i wouldn't want things to get complicated again and assured her that things wouldn't escalate. No sex, i say again. "We, won't, have, sex. " She agreed.

A couple of weeks later, being that we hanged out and mostly talked about interesting stuff, i decided to go for a car ride. I remembered she wanted me to take her with so i proposed it to her (i love my car and often go on car rides alone or with friends). I asked her where she would like us to go (second big mistake) and she said close to the shore, somewhere nice and quiet. I stop and shortly after we are making out so i get an erection. She touches and realizes it. Then she proceeds to lower my pants, bend over to my seat and shove my dick in her mouth, all in one motion. Without a fucking word, not even a warning at least.

I push her away. I was completely shocked, this was an absolute first for me. She tries that again, i push her back. 5 or more times she tries this. "Why not? You want it too i can see it. Is something wrong with me? Is there any chance that you are gay and not know it yet? ". By that time it was harder to keep myself clear-headed than to push her (she didn't have the strength to do anything more). I give in. We do have sex.

I had my doubts about going full mgtow, until she said something that i will never forget. " You know that there was no way i wasn't getting what i wanted today, dont you?" This, along with post-nut clarity (it was November and i was retarded enough to be already 2 weeks in no nut) hit me real hard. I never forgave myself for this. How easily i did let this one slide and gave up my self worth.

Long story short, when the time comes, be like my man over here. Don't be weak like i was.

Here's a warning to anyone thinking of joining women in cases like these: when she sobers up and regrets having had sex with "you" (you who are reading this), she can simply call the police and claim she was raped.

She "was drunk" , she "said no but you wouldn't listen", she "was just being friendly, inviting you for a cup of coffee, but then you wouldn't leave".

Women are experts at making up stories. And 10-20 years later she can suddenly decide that she wants to metoo you, in spite of everything being fine after that one night, and suddenly all your work colleagues and friends are told that you "r*ped" her.

So never give in to women, especially women like that. It's a game of Russian roulette.

At any rate...

Yeah, it feels shit when women act like that. I hope she paid? If she did I'd just make excuses. Like, "get out and wait here, I'll just park over there and follow you".

Women are used to getting their way. When they don't they will lash out at you.

As a cab driver, always keep women in the back seat. Never in the front seat. Telling them that "it's for your (not their, your) security" is honestly the truth. Go on about robbings, stabbings, company rules, etc. They don't care so they don't want to hear it instead they'll just comply.

As far as your trauma, you need to see a therapist. No, it doesn't mean that you are insane. It means that you will get some training techniques to have all of those thoughts and that trauma under control. And of course, seek a male therapist.

This story may be a little long (I’ll sum it up in as few words as possible) but, worth it if you’re willing to read it. One time I went out with a group of friends maybe 10-12 people to a wharf bar in my city. I’d say an even split of girls to guys. Most of these people have known me for years and know that I’m very respectful but this one time there was an absolutely beautiful girl (or so I thought) in the group that I hadn’t met yet. I mean, seriously, we had the same interests, she was fit, educated and I felt it was a warm approach due to knowing so many mutual friends, not to sound cocky and arrogant but I can confidently say I’m at least a little above average looking. Social proof backfired on me big time (I’ve hooked up with 2 girls in this group before and their friends and even family members of theirs that aren’t there in that moment, including times that they’ve come over at 3am after partying and then sat in the corner of my room away from the bed until I told them to leave because they clearly weren’t down to do anything) and I say this because one of these girls is just completely infatuated with me. Turns out, girl A (the clingy one) is good friends with girl B (the bombshell) but one thing leads to another and girl B and I are dancing, she’s all smiles, we’re playing with each other’s hands dancing real slow hip-to-hip, I kiss her on the neck (no signs of discomfort at all through out the night). EXCEPT, girl A starts a rumor about me which lead to suspicions being raised about me from girl B. I tell her I want to kiss her and she says no, I’m fine with that she agrees to keep dancing. After a while I head to the restroom and when I come back my friends are deciding they want to go so no problem from me, I’m saying bye to everyone but, I have a tendency to engage in rakish behavior and it’s completely unintentional it’s just like my brain turns off and I had to try and go for a kiss again. In retrospect this was very stupid, I shouldn’t have done it and I realized the very moment I tried. Her reaction was berserk “I TOLD YOU NO!” She screams, I was just confused from her body language but nonetheless, I turned around and walked away not thinking too much of it. The next day I message her on Instagram apologizing for misunderstanding her boundaries and tell her I’d love to make it up to her. Bad idea. She responds to my message with what I would consider BLATANT lies, that I coerced her into dancing, that I forced her to kiss me (our lips didn’t even touch), that I was asking her a hundred questions, and worst of all that I don’t understand consent. To cut this long story short she literally screenshot her paragraph of fallacies posted it with my name and Instagram handle in sight and basically accused me of being a violator over a kiss. We’re 20 something year olds in a bar. I’ll never understand the extremes of the female “rationale”. Anyways, the point of this story is to say you need to be very, very careful who you’re vulnerable with. That chick was out for blood and not one of my female friends defended me. They actually ganged up on and attacked my character as a man knowing full well the type of person I am. Needless to say, I dropped a lot of “friends” after that happened. Be very careful who you implicitly gift your trust to, you never know what they’re really thinking.

What I have real issue is how the police handled that stuff.

A rape is a rape, and even if its a he said-she said case... Its still their responsibility to present it to the judge who will decide over the case....

Its not the role of police to dismiss the case as per their convenience...

Problem is, even women experience similar behavior from police when they report rape.

Thats what feminists are fighting against. But they are fighting only for female victims....

Nobody cares for gender biased rape laws and male victims of rape.
And those who raise that issue (like MRAs) are silenced and censored.

That's why MGTOW makes sense. If society doesn't care for men's issue...eventually you get men who doesn't care for societal issues either..

Its time men start to protect their own interest.... It wont solve the issue you mentioned. But it will protect you and prevent you from falling into trouble...

I know its not a complete solution.. But probably the best option available to men today till laws improve...

Fuck the police. Don’t talk to someone who can take away your rights unless you have to. Say as little as necessary to the police and then lawyer up immediately thereafter.

I’m not taking my chances with the police when their first priority is to defend Uncle Sam and their second priority is to protect each other. You are not their priority and they can come after you if they think you harassed her. Don’t risk incriminating yourself.

Civil Forfeiture should be a crime, and the way our police forces have treated minorities should be treated as “hate crimes” but instead most of the officers walk free and continue policing our streets. The cops won’t help you unless you’re in real danger, and you should be able to keep yourself out of trouble on your own.

They’ll help the woman who said she felt like she was threatened before they’ll help a man whom was sexually harassed. Don’t become a statistic. Don’t incriminate yourself. Lawyer up instead.

TL;DR I’m not a lawyer. Speak with a lawyer before speaking with the police (unless your life is in danger). Don’t risk incriminating yourself.

Men kind of shouldn't be uber drivers.

Women will behave badly. They will steal your tip jar. They will spit on your floor. They will rip or mess up your interior just because it's nicer than they can get. Women are always trying to go to the club, out to eat, somewhere to spend money, things like that.

Women will do what this lady did. Women will call the cops ON YOU and claim you were kidnapping them or something.

There are countless of youtube videos like this, and every single thing I mentioned above, has at least one video for it, but really many many many more video examples of this.

At the very least, if you are an uber driver, try to give men a ride instead of women, try not to have the women alone, and have a hidden camera.

Be aware that men can pose all kinds of risks as well, but these are real risks, not the typical female high-stress, hidden, or suspended morality kind of risks, but instead men trying to rob you, fight you, or whatever else.

Download the ACLU app immediately. It's designed to record and document fuckery from the police, and upload the media to a cloud server in case authorities try to wipe your data on the recording device. But it will help you in situations like this. Start recording as soon as you start feeling uncomfortable, but try not to be obvious that you are or escalate, encourage, and promulgate the other party's bad behavior.

You need to invest in a dash cam / interior camera set up if you don't already have one.

Have your passengers on security camera to capture their behaviors like these just in case they make a false accusation because you rejected them.

Had the roles been reversed, I have no doubt that an official complaint would have been made to both police and my employer.

This is not an easy situation. First, point blank, you did the right thing by not boffing this drunk girl. But second, I do think you should file some kind of formal report as to what happened, by whom (if you know), date/time, etc.

If she remembers what happened, there's a chance the hamster will run straight to "Nice girls don't do that so he must have tried to rape me". Getting your side of the story on the record might be a good idea.

This happen so much more then most women would believe. I have stories of random women grabbing my crotch when walking by, random women demanding I take them home when the girl I was with went to the bathroom, getting angry and combative when I turn down their advances, a group of women arguing over who got to sleep with me (which to their shock was none), and many others. I don't consider myself a great looker, but I'm not considered ugly by most. Couldn't imagine what so good looking guys go through. It would be great if I've was willing to get STDs, but I'd rather have my dignity. I can easily say I've turned down over twice the amount of women then I've actually slept with.

Yet with all that, men are considered the only one that harass women.

I'd like to address the people talking about cameras.

Yes, in my country NZ, all taxis are legally required to carry and have dash cams installed and recording. You might assume that this footage can be used in a taxi drivers defense etc...well that is down to police discretion.

I know this, because less than 9 months ago a colleague (also a driver) was assaulted during his shift by a man who tried to steal his cash float and run away with it.

Although the whole interchange was caught on camera, police charged my colleague with assault and "behaviour unbecoming of a taxi driver", causing him to loose his license and income.

On the dash cam footage, you can see that he never left his seat, ONLY raised his hands in defense of himself, and never struck out at the passenger, but only tugged and pulled on the cash bag.

Police argued that the camera footage was not admissible to the court as evidence, and the court agreed. It also did not include audio recording as it is against the law for taxi cams to record audio without consent.

Given I know this type of response from the police and courts has had a precident set, I would be foolish to hope that would help me.

I have however decided to report this to my employer, so I can be armed with a defense and the customers address can be black listed.
