I've been at my new job for about 8 months now. I'm the first one in the office and the last one out EVERYDAY.

I have career goals and take great pride in my work. I've taken charge of my life and am taking steps to get to where I want to be in my career.

I found out today everyone has been talking shit about me working extra hours. How do I feel? Great.

Too right they should notice. I'm coming for them and if they don't like it/ aren't willing to provide any competition more fool them.

When you go after what you want and STICK TO THE PLAN, others will look, judge and whisper.

Especially this time of year when most have failed their resolutions already. Decide where you want to be. Make a plan a stick to it.

Your goals should be so big, your problems pale in comparison. GET AFTER IT AND GO YOUR OWN WAY.
