Getting buzzed is a temporary solution. You'll just be back to where you are now, except even lower.

Alcohol is a depressant.

Do you have access to pot? It's a different way to alter your reality.

I understand the need to change your reality for a break from the constant pressure inside you. I do. But if you take up drinking again, it will just make things worse.

The best thing for you to do right now is to go for a walk. If you enjoy music, bring your headphones, put it on random and just walk.

And walk fast. Swing your legs forward and extend your stride. Push down against what you want to escape and walk away from it.

The world drops away with music and you have your own space no matter where you are.

As for tomorrow, exercise. It really sucks but it's going to help you. Have faith, suck it up and work out for an hour. At the end of that hour, your mind will have been cleared a bit and you'll have more defence against that pressure and strain.

Geez that’s dark man.

I know talking about what’s wrong doesn’t necessarily solve the problems, but I’ve found getting it out helps. If drinking has been a problem for you in the past, you already know how bad it will get.

Working out also helps me when I’m feeling down. Hitting the gym helped me get out of a deep depression where I almost got divorced.

There are other ways to release stress / anger. Drinking just gives helps you procrastinate your issues for some hours and then later the reality hits again.

If you can't talk to some then I would recommend you write what you want to say on a peice of paper and then if you want tear it and throw it away. It helps to pin point what's bothering you. I am using this method since a couple of hears and it has helped me a lot to get out of self harm thoughts.

Also if you want to learn about managing you emotions I suggest you checkout r/Stoicism. It simply means that you have to worry only about things which you can control. If a friend doesn't want to talk to you / a girl doesn't like / can't get promotion etc sometimes you do your best and still fail. But that doesn't mean you beatup yourself for it.

Also if you are feeling strong emotions like anger / sadness, know that in future you'll think " It was a small problem and I was only making it so much bigger than it was. "

This moment will paas. Drinking and dimming your senses will not help in long term. Please try to avoid to go into the spiral of drinking.

Drinking for the wrong reasons seems like a bad idea. Nobody wants you to see you off yourself. Bad times are temporarily, alcohol addiction and suicide are permanent.
