I work at a company with Good Work Life Balance, Work pressure is minimal, but colleague bond is literally 0, trust is 0.

ALL the guys in my team is holding this Grumpy, hard, fake it till you make it attitude, I am the junior in my team, and i realized no one really minutely care even for a small talk. I am looking desperately to change my job go to a better place. Everyday we meetvia ZOOM call, we are small diverse group of people but no one remotely cares about sharing thier day. Only the manager asks everyone about our day randomly but its only him that is talking, he is nice and kind but he has a deep ego and a huge boundary which makes it a environment of of "Speak when you are spoken to" I dont see anyone acting friendly or funny, its like dead silence.

I honestly feel my boss hates me, and it could be because he found out i am a "red pill dude" during our 1 on o1, I mean I am not "WOKE type". I believe I am getting ostracized "cancelled" for it. I have noticed only in the WEST people ostracise people just for their polticial views. I do not see People on the right ostrcize anyone, they may complain but never ostracize other, but people in the left ostracize you if you dont see the world their way, they dont event try to convert you, they just ignore you.

When I knock my immediate boss, he never responds, I knock my head boss for small talk, he never responds, they are literally treating me like I am no body, I get that they are doing, this so that I quit. I dont know why dont they just fire instead, I will ateast get severence.

Trust me i am the smartest in my team, I work harder than anyone! but there is Zero Recognition. I think I will be fired soon for no reason!

Anyway the point I am telling is Work culture in the west needs to be more linient and friendly. This distant attitude for the sake of looking tough or prosessionalism is weird to me.

I spend 1/3 of my life sleeping 1/3 working and other 1/3 me time. I seriously feel men should be less afraid in work and be who they really are making 1/3of their life more interesting.
