I don't know if fatherlessness is common amongst mass shooters, but it is amongst serial killers. Also over 70% of the prison population is from fatherless homes, so it wouldn't surprise me.

Cho, Klebold, Harris and Goh all came from nuclear families. Lanza's parents didn't separate until 2009. Most other school-shooters were juveniles and so details are hard to get, but we can't just assume they were raised in single-parent families.

There isn't even any correlation between school-shooters and absent fathers, let alone causation. Your hunch is wrong.

An absent father is the number one predictor of male delinquency. You are absolutely right; this is the giant elephant in the room that will not be discussed in the feminized, misandric culture and media.

Honest suggestion? Ask again later on. At the moment, a whole load of people are just completely fed up with people trying to politicise the disaster for their own cause. If you ask after people have forgotten about it, you'll be taken a lot more seriously.
