Hi all

There's a TV show out at the moment called Russian Doll. The producers (all female except for one male, who they have reluctantly kept on) chose to use all female writers and all female directors. They are being lauded as heroes for this.

But if a man chose to only use male writers and male directors, he'd be lambasted - a sexist woman hater.

Can someone please explain this to me. It seems like a glitch in the matrix. How can the same thing (sexism) be viewed as brilliant when a woman does it, and terrible when a man does it?

What am I missing here? 🤯
