What if a subreddit only allowed you to vote on comments if you agreed to make your up/down votes public? I think that would turn up the signal-to-noise ratio of the discussion votes quite a bit.

edit: I am suggesting that there be a separate /r/MR where only open voting is allowed, not that mensrights change its policy.
