Hi all.

I teach at an all female school. As you can imagine, the school is highly focused on feminism and ‘wokeness’. There are often lectures/talks on sexism towards women etc. Recently there was a presentation that made reference to ‘whiteness’ and ‘white-centred history’.

Almost all of the content is rather unimportant, for instance ‘sexism in video games’ rather than ‘How to stop discrimination in the Middle East’ etc.

I’m very concerned that the students are going to become indoctrinated into certain beliefs, and grow up thinking that women are oppressed/we live in a patriarchy.

How can I help as a teacher? So far I haven’t done anything, because I fear losing my job if I say anything.

I would appreciate any advice.
