My fellow MRA's, there is something that I want to discuss with you since the first day that I subscribed this subreddit: am I the only one that see a difference between Feminism and Feminism?

The way I see, there are two types of Feminism:

  1. Feminism: the first one is a good cause supported by men and women that want a society where women will have the same rights and the same duties of any men. This group doesn't want women to have more rights than men; this group acknowledge the wage gap between men and women, but they also acknowledge the suicide gap, they acknowledge the imbalance between men and women in cases of child custody, they acknowledge that alimony are sometimes unfair, they acknowledge that there are real rape victims but also women that make false accusations of rape... anyway, some people call this the "true feminism".

  2. Feminism: the second one doesn't want women with the same rights of men, they want MORE rights. This group is supported mainly by rad fems and follow the SCUM manifesto like a bible. Their platform is basically: "women first, women second, women third, men... well, who cares about men?" - Actually, I refuse to label this group as feminism. In my opinion they are just misandric bigots.

I'm saying all these things because I think Feminism (the 1st group above) is a fair cause. Women must have the same rights and opportunities, just like men. I consider myself a Feminism!

Some times when I see my fellow MRA's bashing feminism and how horrible it is I think "feminism" isn't exactly the right word to target our fury. I think we should use another term for these men hating groups. It's like labeling the entire Men's Right Movement as misogynist just because 1 in 1000 MRA's (I making up this statistics just to make a point) hates women.

TL;DR - It's not fair to bash an entire group, Feminists or MRA's, just because there are some rotten apples in each group.
