I don't even know if these are legal in the US but I know they are used in South Africa where rape rates are high. I'm curious to hear opinions regarding these. In certain cases where a bitter girlfriend or even a rapist woman were to get a hold of one of these, I'm afraid it could be used as proof that the victim was the perpetrator, but other than that, it would be a great way to convict the real monsters. It's hard to weigh the pros with the cons. Thoughts?
