This is just morally wrong, it's not grounds for an arrest. Women lie to guys 24/7 to get free food, so why isn't 90% of the prison population women then? Tons of women lie to guys to get free stuff and this guy did the same thing and you're telling me he gets arrested but women don't?

Women dont often date 35 men at once, but they do often date multiple men and string men along for money/food/gifts. The main point is that theres about a 0% chance a woman would be arrested for doing the same thing.

Yes I think there have been other cases like this where being mean to women is treated as a crime whereas it's standard practice for how women treat men.

And there was that dine and dash case where everyone bent over backwards to defend the women from having to pay for the dinner of the guy who left them to pay the bill.

Essentially the legal system has two tiers; one for 1st class citizens and one for men.

Here's a way to look at this to put it in perspective.

He lied about his birthday to get presents from 35 women. Ok, dick move.

Would it be illegal and consequently him getting charged for it if he did it to one woman? Is it criminally illegal to lie to one person about your birthday and receive a present?

If not, then it's not illegal to do it to 35 people... Or 100. That's how laws work things are legal or illegal, this seems more like trying to use the law to punish a guy for jerkish behavior.
