My life waa ruined by my dancer major girlfriend who decides to falsely accuse me in order to push me away and get away with cheating on me. All the other dancer girls helped her get away with it. I went from getting my masters to going to jail and being homeless and having my career and social life ruined. I will never forgive any of them. I've been seeking justice for years and I've only ever been abused further for trying to get it.

Fuck 'em. The only thing to hope for is that karma will hit them, or the same will happen to their husbands or sons. Then they will know

I don't believe it. If you went to jail, there had to be more than just an accusation. This is not at Title-9 issue. You were convicted beyond a shadow of a doubt in a court of law which has a much higher standard. This is way more than he-said/she-said.

[–]Swingstar731 12 points13 points14 points 4 years ago* (0 children) | Copy Link

Wrong. The court violated my right to have a defense and proceeded just based on her accusations. I'm not kidding. The justice system is broken. Complete witch trial kangaroo court bullshit.

Many men have been falsely imprisoned by he said/ she said testimony? Don’t believe it? Then go volunteer for the innocence project and see with your own eyes.

These student accusing scarlett were men. Men that were probably scared to come forward because of how male victims are treated.

And here we have a pro male group calling them all liars even though no one knows if their stories are true or not.

This is why men don't come forward. Because even pro male spaces will call them liars without any proof that they are liars.

If these stories were true, and he pushed his students to do compromising things things send compromising pictures, can you imagine how hard it would be to come forward? It would ruin your career. And then you get called a liar in a space that claims to support men?

Ouch.

[–]Knight_of_Inari 9 points10 points11 points 4 years ago (3 children) | Copy Link

And yet the accusations were proven false/baseless, with only a remnant of them being there still in investigation, if we take the article in consideration, men or not if they can't prove that they are just like the woman that take advantage of the sustem to screw men up.

[+]EnvironmentalWar4627 -8 points-7 points-6 points 4 years ago (2 children) | Copy Link

No. Their inability to prove the crimes doesn't mean they need to suffer in silence. Men should be supported. Not called liars because they came forward as victims and don't have the physical evidence to back it up.

Saying you have to prove the crimes committed against you or else be labeled a liar will just silence victims. They will say 'I was assaulted, but I don't have evidence so I guess I'll not report it and suffer in silence'.

That's not okay.

All victims should come forward and calling them false accusers when that is not proven is disgusting. People who support men should be better than that.

Innocent until proven guilty? But let's all declare these men guilty of lying without a trial convicting them?

[–]Knight_of_Inari 6 points7 points8 points 4 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link

If their claim is baseless and proved inconsistent then their claim is lost likely false, therefore no one is suffering in silence, besides the poor soul falsely accused though.

Yeah, that's how it works if you can't prove it then it didn't happen.

Ah, so it's okay for folks to just lie without any evidence and fuck up someone for life? That's your method? Screw that, proof or nothing, I'm not sending someone innocent behind bars so victims can feel good about themselves.

[–]EnvironmentalWar4627 -5 points-4 points-3 points 4 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

No one should go to jail. And no one should be assumed to be a liar. It isn't one or the other.

[–]StudentOfTheTruth0 4 points5 points6 points 4 years ago (2 children) | Copy Link

Nobody is calling anybody "liars" here. Here is a report from a very far-left publication:

https://www.theguardian.com/stage/2021/may/28/liam-scarlett-inquest-opens-into-ballet-choreographers-death

Key quote:

"The Royal Ballet said an independent investigation into his behaviour had found “no matters to pursue in relation to alleged contact with students of the Royal Ballet School”.

He was innocent yet cancelled based purely on accusations that were found to be false. He killed himself by hanging. That's all there is to it.

[+]EnvironmentalWar4627 -7 points-6 points-5 points 4 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link

The flare is 'false allegation' and accusations were not found to be false. At all. They found no matters to pursue. Meaning they can't prove anything.

[–]StudentOfTheTruth0 0 points1 point2 points 4 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

And you find it just fine. That a man committed suicide and died. Because "they can't prove anything".

Just FYI, the allegations said that "something was there to pursue". They investigated and found that "there was nothing there to pursue". So they found the exact opposite of what the allegations claimed. How is it nor a false allegation?

Besides, it led to man's death.

If you are OK with that, I have nothing more to discuss with you.

Online learning, work from home and IT will be the safest place for men in future. In Japan, it's already happening.

[–]wrekd 3 points4 points5 points 4 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

Terrible for men that like being around people. Far too isolating.

[–]Flying_Dragon_987 0 points1 point2 points 4 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
