A woman may decide to give birth anyway, but it isn't going to happen 100% of the time. In fact most normal women while hearing, they won't get a child support wouldn't give birth to a child knowing they wouldn't live a rich life.
  2. The argument of a man being also responsible for a child being born isn't true. A man is responsible for a pregnancy, but not for it turning into a child. Of course, if abortion is illegal, then it's a different story, he is in fact just as responsible as a woman, but as long as there is an abortion (which Im not against), then a woman is the only person being able to decide whether a pregnancy will turn into a child, or not. And she has from 3, up to 9 months. A man doesn't have anything to say.
